This was a great holiday!
The entertainment was very good for children and adults was excellent. A courtesy bus should be available as it was too far to walk to the town centre , altough there were taxis available. The restaurant both al'a carte and the buffet were very very good , the food was first class and very reasonably priced. The pools were very clean and large , but had tiles missing from the bottom. The bar at night was very busy , but had a great atmosphere. The maid service was very good. Any problems were dealt with quickly. It was a brilliant holiday and would recommend it for anybody.
There is also a BBQ every Thursday night , but is quite expensive if your NOT half-board. There is also a supermarket in the complex. In the supermarket there is a poor variety and quite expensive. The pool water is very cold. By the pool side it is quite slippy so do not run as I fell and it can be quite sore!! In los Cristianos there is far better hygiene and range of food than Las Americas , but Las Americas has more night life! In las Americas I visted an outstanding show called Decades (tuesdays are family nights). Beaches are quite dirty and far away from the complex. but all 'n' all it was a brilliant holiday!!!! (watch out for the looky looky men)

Hi there, I have stayed in many hotel and apartment complexes in Tenerife but this paticular stay at the Compostella Beach Resort would be my most memorable visit to the island as I was vacationing with a large group of freinds, we had all just finished sixth form.
The location of the Compostella Beach was ideal for me personally as it is situated right on the border of Playa de Las Americas in the Arona district of the resort. Right on our doorstep was the neighbouring resort of Los Christionos which while quieter than PDLA has a more spanish and cultural feeling to it.
We spent most of our days exploring the many spanish bars and traditional British pubs in this resort, whilst at night we mostly ventured into the heart of Las Americas which is a pleasant 10 minuite walk away.
The Entertainment on the complex could not be faulted. There are two bars, Malibu and Happy Days 2. Malibu has a traditional Spanish feel to it and has live music from 8pm nightly. The food at Malibu is also of a satisfactory standard. The drinks were also exceptional value, 2 for 1 until 11pm, and as the drinks were exceptionally cheap anyway, 2 euro for a pint of larger, 3 euro for a very large spirit and mixer, you can safely say you will be in holiday mode in no time whatsoever. Next door is the British bar Happy days 2. While more expensive than its neighbour the live entertainment made up for it.
During the week we were treated to shows like Grease, Saturday Night Fever, the Blues Brothers and many other shows such as live stand up.

I stayed at these Apartments in June 2002, with 2 friends, and we had a fab time! The accommodation is very clean and spacious (even a separate kitchen!) The buffet restaraunt has a good choice and is very reasonable. There are 2 large pools and a splash pool and plenty of sun loungers and the staff are also helpfull and very friendly. There are the usual hotel entertainment in the evening (talent shows, games etc). The only downside is that if you plan to leave the hotel, you'll need to take a taxi, as the hotel is abit out of the way from the resorts. I reccommend the Pirates show!. All in all a good value for money holiday.

We stayed at the Compostella Beachgolf III in May 2002. We thought it was execellant value for money. The apartments are very clean, the whole complex was very clean and well kept.
The entertainment team were excellent kept adults and children entertained day and night they work very hard. The only complaint we have is it is in need of a courtesy bus into Las Americas and Los Christionas as we spent a lot of money on taxis.
In the brochure it said there was a bus but a week before our holiday we received a letter saying it was not available. The only other problem was the supermarket on site was very expensive and not very well equipped.
Other than that we had an excellant holiday and would return to these apartments.

Stayed at this complex in April, lovely spacious apartment, staff helpful, entertainment day & Night for both children & adults, located between Los Cristanos & Las Americas, located on golf club, a bit out of the way could do with courtesy bus, when leaving hotel take left turn towards motorway then right, down track adjoining golf course, otherwise you will be walking for miles before you get to amenities, only problem we found, this is located on main road, which local ladies of the night frequent, and any males alone will be approached. This road is also rather dark at night so advice is to get taxi back in evening.

We have a Great Stay, Everything was clean and tidy. The Beach was just outside the Complex and the Restaurants around and inside the Complex were very good.
Great Entertainment every Night and I could even watch the Football in a great Sports Bar on the Complex.
We are going again later this year.
