Apauling in every way inside room. Smelly, dirty, broken windows, busted locks, food all over, disgusting bedding, unsafe furniture, the list could go on!
Reps no help at all, treat us with no respect and ask for 600 euros for a better hotel!
This place is disgusting and run down, stay at your peril!

The location of these apartments are great ten min top to beach.
Maid service was regular, apartments were clean.
On the other hand, the lift never seemed to work, and the staff weren't the most helpful. We'd given the key to reception to look after while we went out one night and he thought he'd lost it took him ages to find, why wasn't it in the right place?
I also recommend you get air conditioning as a cockroach crawled into our open window one night.
Apart from that the hotel is great for families on a budget x

We were lucky enough to have a poolside room no cockcroaches included, basic decor and accescories but what do you expect for 2* !! I have stayed in higher star hotels that don't begin to match this one.
Our room was cleaned almost every day by cheerful housemaids.
Can't really comment on food because we didnt eat in,there is a great place over the road that does fab english breakfasts and great places to eat just down the road.
For great entertainment try the moonlight bar, highly recommended.
Overall great cheap holiday if your looking for somewhere to get your head down at night.

Been here 6 times over 7 years, yes its basic but it is only 100 miles off Africa so you get a few bugs no different to home never had any problems with people drunk.
We have been as a family and as a group of 12 you get what you pay for.
The rooms could do with a lick of paint but you can live with it.
Same time share reps been outside supermarket over 7 years .

My partner and I had the misfortune to stay at this dump. we couldnt complain too much as we took a late booking allocated on arrival. We did not, however, expect to have to share our fridge with a colony of cockroaches. They had eaten into the insulation of the fridge and were happily living in it. When we sprayed raid into the holes in the back of the fridge we got over 100 roaches out of it. Even the rep went pale when he saw them.
We were moved to another room but still had roach problems throughout the holiday. Great place if you like bugs, otherwise stay away. Photos available to back up this story.

I stayed in the Orlando with my family on a late booking holiday it was very cheep so we weren't expecting much but I had the best holiday in Tenerife ever and I go annually. It's great for families, groups and couples. Very clean resort with lots to do and ideal base for Toviscas beach. I've just booked to go again in Sep with a group of friends. Can't wait!!

thought the place was dirty!!! rubbish was all over...there was cockroaches in the pool and all over the floor..too many steps and the apartment was grubby...over all pretty disapointing but resort was really good !!!
