Best rooms face the pool and have a sea view. Rooms above the restaurant suffer from foul smells

To be honest, the hotel was so nice we hardly ventured outside. when we did go out, it was clean and tidy but the shops were very basic and few and far between. The beach was probably the nicest I have ever been on and the water was perfectly clear.

Hammamet old fashioned, I have no problems with the area, beaches I think just one of the best, and yes I will be coming back here.

Melia Flora had there own section of the beach with food service and sunbeds + parasols.Beach was a short stroll from the hotel and it was very clean and safe.It became very warm in the afternoon so we always headed back to the eir conditioned hotel rooms to cool down.Entertainment and food was not expensive and you were not ripped of like most other resorts. We took a horse and carriage ride around the resort a few times and the only regret was that we did notgo on the Pirate ship but that will be addressed on our return next August.Hammamet Yasmine has had a lot of construction over the last few years and this is reflected by the standard and cleanliness of the resort.

I really liked Hammamet and you could easily visit Tunis the capital from here. The taxis's were very cheap and local restaurant food was excellent value for money.
The beach here is lovely and the sea nice and warm.

Found the resort of Hammamet to be filthy, very little to do, no bars, nightlife other then what they have in hotel, even that was poor, one brand of beer on offer which tasted like dish water.
Every where you went were hassled by people trying to sell you just crap and often would get nasty if you will say no especially in the Medina market. Went on Sahara trip, stopped at many sites, really enjoyable until again pestered by people, everyone expects tips for what everything you do.
Found Tunisia to be run down. Also quite expensive (tourist prices). Need to be aware of rogues/thieves.
Never felt welcomed. Would never visit ever again.

The resort was very clean and well presented. A few good resturants and shops. The beach was very clean and well kept, with a Lifeguard. You do get the fruit and doughnut sellers there but they are not allowed to pester you,if you want it you have to go to them. There is the usual type of beach entertainment water ski, parachute, jetski and speed boat all at a reasonable cost. Well worth the stay...

We didn't spend to much time around the beach as I love the swimming pool. But the time we had on the beach was enjoyed by all.
