Have to try Tommy's bar (2 minutes over the road) - fantastic food and service - Also Meryhem (a 10 minute walk towards square) is absolutely the best if you like local cuisine - try the mixed meze starter - WoW!

Plenty of lovely restaurants close by, and depending if you like Boom Boom bars or places for a chill drink, everything is on your doorstep, but doesn't interfere with your sleep.

Evening entertainment was great fun.
Just walking past all the bars and restaurants trying to outdo each other with their entertainment. There are so many places to eat its really hard to choose.
We went to lovely Italian restaurant just beside the beach, I think it was Nino's, and then another night to the Waterfall which is just facing the Heat and Breeze, it was very nice. Got the bus 1 night in Marmaris to have a look, looked and came straight back again. It didnt appeal to us at all.
On the way back got off the bus facing Tansas and got fish and chips from Eileen's and sat at the taxi rank and ate them out of the paper, they were gorgeous. You could spend a year trying to get around the bars and restaurants.
Although one we should have gone to is the Wayside, it just looked very nice and we will try it next time.

Icmeler was very clean and tidy and we didnt get one mosquito bite.It was always very entertaining and great food in all the restaurants especially Summer Gardens and you must pay a visit to Oscars bar by the Waterfall restaraunt where we met a turkish man who called himself Jim carey(HES A NUTTER).The beach had plenty of sunbeds and you were always looked after.We are coming back next year as we booked within two weeks of being home.The friendlines of the turkish people really made our holiday.

Yes we would visit the resort again the people were fantastic, we found an excellent Bar called Friends they made you so welcome and the food and entertainment was fantastic.
If we visit again we would go self catering rather than all inclusice as the food in the bars was far better quality than the hotel.

resort is clean and tidy, as well as beach is great. recommend all the boat trips from the harbour[great value].we wasnt impressed at icmeler market or most of the shops around town, but on a night, the restaurants and bars come alive. once you have been hassled into the restauants, the food was really nice and nice beer. we spent a lot of time at friends bar, if you like dancing till 3am on the bar. icmeler was great and would definatley return - watch this space.

Have visited Icmeler four times now, and have made so many friends there. Many of them keep in touch, and are always so pleased to see you when you return. A very clean resort, puts English resorts to shame! Plenty of great nightlife, if you like to relax, eat, people watch and dance. The outside bars have to stop the loud music at midnight, otherwise the police have the power to close them down for lengths of time, and do carry this out. However if you still want to sit and drink till 3 in the morning they are happy to serve you.
The Beach is not typically sandy, but clean and the water is crystal clear. Plenty of sunbeds and shades available, although in July and August the beach can become quite busy....but then that's what it's all about! :)
I love Icmeler and each time I go, I feel I am going home!

Icmeler is great for all be it families, couples or singles.
Not to big and not overpowering, very clean and friendly place with no hassle.
Entertainment is plenty from restaurants and bars to fun bars and nightclub.
The beach isnt too crowded with a fab little spot on the free beach outside Deniz Kapasi and the Harmony Bar - oh the Stella show in Harmony not to be missed.

We found the resort very clean, the entertainment was really good.
We found a really cheap resturant to eat in called the Erdem which is right down on the beach front.
The beach seemed to be quite clean with loads of sun loungers for you and yes definately we would go again next year to the same place.

Icmeler is gorgeous! really pretty and theres enough to do you wont get bored! the turks are really friendly and cant do enough for you ! I would Really recommed the F.R.I.E.N.D.S bar Micheal, ASHLEY ( coz e looks like ashley cole! ) and archie ! Mad as anything! also if your into your chinese's there are 2 or 3 in icmeler but i reccommened the 1 opposite the bike hire place cannot for the life remember what it is called but the chicken and sweet corn soup there is LOVELY! Beach is nice and if you go on the right part the sun loungers are free! overall really nice destination. Im hoping to go back again next year the same time ! we went this August and the weather was Fantastic!!!!!!

the resort was excellent right near the canal where there was lots of entertainment everynight and the food was beautiful!!! really want to go back in the future.mehmet used to play the scissor sisters song "Laura" to me quite alot!! he was lovely!! Turkey is a great place would definately recommend it!
