Have to try Tommy's bar (2 minutes over the road) - fantastic food and service - Also Meryhem (a 10 minute walk towards square) is absolutely the best if you like local cuisine - try the mixed meze starter - WoW!

Plenty of lovely restaurants close by, and depending if you like Boom Boom bars or places for a chill drink, everything is on your doorstep, but doesn't interfere with your sleep.

We were located between Marmaris and Icmeler. Good location away from main resports but with easy access

Icmeler itself is a lovely place and very clean. There are countless bars and restaurants to choose from.
One particular favourite of ours was Coco Beach on the sea front who provided hours of entertainment for us as a family not to mention superb food!
The beaches are clean and shallow making it good for kids.
I would highly recommend Icmeler and will not hesitate to return!

Icmeler is beautiful, take binoculors as its so pretty and awesome scenery, the market is good fun and dont bring too many clothes as its brilliant here for bargains and enjoy haggling.

Icmeler is so clean great bars and restaurants not one bad meal in two weeks and a good beach this resort is the best.

Great resort, plenty of restaurants/bars. we ate out every night. The best restaurant was Titanic. Music goes off at 12 midnight which is great if youre a family or couple looking for a quiet holiday. Overall a great resort, good beach and enough entertainment. Would definately go again.

Second visit to Icmeler, and love it. It's friendly, relaxed..........a happy place to visit. So many restaurants and always get lovely food and service - and can never believe how much we've paid when I put it in the 'convertor'! I suppose my very favourite is the 'Wayside', but the food is good at 'Dost' beside our apartments, although its very quiet. 'Sinbads' - get him to do a few tricks for you! Have a main course in the evening at Sinbads and you get English breakfast free next day! New restaurant 'Marios' opposite the water taxi area is beautiful. Can't imagine anyone NOT liking Icmeler, theres something for everyone.

Great location, right on the beach and in the centre of the Icmeler promenade. Surrounded by beautiful mountains and turquoise waters.
Locals were very hospitable and welcoming throughout the resort, felt safe and relaxed at all times.
Would definitely return back to Turkey and L'Etoile Beach offers good value for money.

Resort feels very 'new' - it's lovely - roads running down to the beach with side roads off containing lots of lovely bars, restaurants and shops (buy all your holiday clothes when you get here - lots of choice and much cheaper than at home).
Food is great - plenty of choice, very cheap prices and we never had a bad meal (try the Turkish moussaka - not like Greek - but lovely nevertheless).
Beach is shingle/sand. Sunbeds are a bit close together but not really a problem (and they are very cheap to rent). Service on the beach was excellent.
We thought Icmeler was nicer than nearby Marmaris (not as big/brash) though the harbour area of Marmaris is lovely and you must try the shops.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in Icmeler i would love to visit again.Good choices of resteraunts excellent food.Great shops and market stalls for you girlies.Lots of jewelery to choose from.Beach was absolutly beautiful and the pine hills around just out of this world.Very beautiful.Better than our dull grey boring country ENGLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
