Have to try Tommy's bar (2 minutes over the road) - fantastic food and service - Also Meryhem (a 10 minute walk towards square) is absolutely the best if you like local cuisine - try the mixed meze starter - WoW!

Plenty of lovely restaurants close by, and depending if you like Boom Boom bars or places for a chill drink, everything is on your doorstep, but doesn't interfere with your sleep.

it has something for every one plenty of bars and shows could do with a bigger beach iwii be back next year for the 8 time

The resort as a whole is perfect, with or without families, whatever age. The people are very friendly and helpful and do what they can to make your stay special. The food everywhere we ate was superb, especially Deja Vu, Sylvias, Dreamboys, Bamboo and Venice, with 3 course meal, drinks and entertainment all night for approx £20 pp. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and beautiful. Don't know how they do it but no mozzies, midges, flies etc. they must spray the whole resort. Friends who have been visiting Icmeler for more than ten years told us to go and I can see why they return. We don't normally visit same place twice but can't imagine going anywhere else now. Beach is very nice, bit shingly but adequate, not really beach people so can't say too much but always busy and clean and heard nothing bad.

This was our fifth time to Icmeler and it is brilliant. Clean, friendly and very relaxing. I would recommend it to anyone everybody you speak to has been time and time again and we just love it.

The resort was kept very clean, we didnt see any cockroaches or mozzies as the resort was sprayed nightly.
The resort was lively in the centre catering for all ages, plenty of bars, restaurants serving a wide variety of food. We ate out in a lot of different restaurants trying a wide variety of foods and did not have one bad experience.
Although we are not beach lovers we must say the beach was clean and not overcrowded. There was a lovely promenade which takes from Icmelor to Mamaris which takes about 2hours however if you dont fancy the walk there is always the dolmis bus or plenty of water taxis which were cheap.

Icmeler is quite stunning. Although a bit pricier than in previous years, there is a good choice and variety of bars and restaurants.

This was our 3rd visit to Icmeler and we will definately be going back we just love the place.
Everyone is really friendly, even the people who we just said no to and walked passed did not take offence as long as you were polite and not rude to them.
Most remembered us from our previous visits and spoke to us as old friends.
There are loads of bars and restuarants that provide good food,drinks and good entertainment.

It is quite a while since I last visited Turkey when you used to get hassled everywhere you went. It is not like that anymore. Everyone is so friendly. There is plenty going on throughout the resort with all bars and restaurants providing some form of entertainment. Drinks and food is still very reasonable and you can get a great meal at Timeless, say hello to Hasan for us.

We have been visiting Icmeler for the last 8 years sometimes 3 times in the year Im afraid to say I wont be back for a long time. The streets were struin with rubbish etc you would never have seen this 2 years ago the Turkish people took pride in their streets. Im afraid greed over rules everything

iclemer is a very pretty resort the beach however we found a little disappointing as the sand is very brittle and it was a little dirty. but we went out on the water taxis to other places and this was very nice. walk along the promanade, it is very clean and there are some lovely restuarants and bars to go to. the shop keepers do not hassel like they use to, so that makes shopping much nicer too do. we recommend you vist the prince's bar, the staff were great and made us very welcome, it's just opposite the hotel.

This was our 10th visit to Ichmeler and it feel like home to us. Harrys restaurant is second to none for food and service. A stroll on the canal browsing in the shops which stay open very late is an ideal way to to while away the evening after your meal. The Erdem cafe on the beachfront is a great place to sit and have a snack.
