Have to try Tommy's bar (2 minutes over the road) - fantastic food and service - Also Meryhem (a 10 minute walk towards square) is absolutely the best if you like local cuisine - try the mixed meze starter - WoW!

Plenty of lovely restaurants close by, and depending if you like Boom Boom bars or places for a chill drink, everything is on your doorstep, but doesn't interfere with your sleep.

Icemeler is a lovely resort. The bay is beautiful, the restaurants and bars are very good and the atmosphere is a good deal less "frantic" than Marmaris. Don't be put off by the approaches of the waiters, they are only doing their jobs and take a polite "no thanks, we've eaten" in good part.

Icmeler is friendly with plenty to see at night. children are catered for well,Our son was made welcome by every bar in the town, making nights out a pleasure as a family. we visited a different restrant every night and we never hade a bad meal.Shops are open until 12.00 at night making shopping more comfortable when the sun goes down! The weather is glorious, take plenty of after sun to cool you down!

Resort very clean.
Plenty of entertainment in the different bars and restaurants.
The beach is very clean and there's sun loungers, food and drink available at the beach.

icmeler is one of the nicest resorts in turkey it has everything in it and all the shops and restaurant's staff remember you year after year and you are always made extra special

It was a lovely resort, with marvelous views across the bay to Marmaris. There is a like sea taxi (forgot name of it) and you can go over to Mararis for a visit. There was a couple of markets at our resort, but it is more for families and quiet. Make sure you go out for a boat trip, we did two and they were the best two days. As well as visiting local places of interest, stopped off a few times in bays and went swimming. Lovely!! That really was special. By the way the airport at Dalaman is like third world, and chaos, but we managed and have learnt to expect that when you go to these kind of places. Weather was hot, but it did rain for one day (all day). Would go to Turkey again.

the resort icemeler is very clean and tidy
there is a great variety of entertainment if you want it
the beach is very nice set into a cove

awful noisey bars and restaurants with aggressive people trying to solicit business made this place a very unpleasant experience for us.
icmeler was only rescued by the very charming couple, Zeynad and Murat, singing and playing guitars every night at the Fess Bar.

Beach clean, sunbeds cost 2 million lira a day to rent which is nothing, some offer free wc and shower. Galeria has own small portion of beach.
Resort itself very pretty and local people and work force very friendly although touting for business can get annoying.
