Have to try Tommy's bar (2 minutes over the road) - fantastic food and service - Also Meryhem (a 10 minute walk towards square) is absolutely the best if you like local cuisine - try the mixed meze starter - WoW!

Plenty of lovely restaurants close by, and depending if you like Boom Boom bars or places for a chill drink, everything is on your doorstep, but doesn't interfere with your sleep.

The resort was beutiful with an warming cosey atmosphere, i was nice to go out of the hotel on the night and go around the bars etc, the lively atmosphere on the night done nothing but make you smile and want to dance, i also like the way the bars closed at 12 and the 2 clubs pleasue and eastenders opened.
Iwent to the beach 2times during my holiday i found that the sea was gawjus with another lovely view, i would deffernatly visit this resort again.

icmeler is gorgeous!!!!!!!!
we love icmeler and all its glory!!!!!!!
the food the people the boat trips the sights are all fab!!
but one thing i have to mention is the prices...omg...how expensive it is now compared to a few years ago..shocking..tried to buy a handbag..they wouldnt budge ..no more haggling in turkey..no more cheap as chips..or cheaper than adsa...oh no he only wanted £60 for a handbag and he wouldnt budge on that price.for 3 handbags he wanted £200+..shocking! cheaper down our market!
everything too expensive now in icmeler and marmaris..and the enterainment is tacky and cheap now.
very sad.....still a gorgeous place to visit though.

This is my 3rd time to turkey & i've always found it clean. this is the first time we've stayed in Icmeler the 2 previous times we were in Marmaris, we have decided we prefer Icmeler. There's plenty to do from lively bars with lots of dancing or quiet ones for just drinking. the food is terrific & quite cheap, the price of the drinks can be quite dear, stick to the local beers or cocktails.
When in the town if you get too hot just go to the nearest hotel or apartment, as long as you buy your drinks from their bar you're welcome to use the pools and sunbeds. Beaches are great you just lay there and get served your drinks. Entry into the water can be a bit stony sometimes big rocks so be careful.

This was our first visit to Turkey and we were very impressed with Icmeler.Lots of bars and resturants.It was bigger than we thought.The hassel from the bars can get a bit much but everyone is very friendly.We went on one boat trip to different islands, which was well worth it.It had 5 different stops and included a BBQ, the scenery was amazing and the water was very clear and blue.

Ye Icmeler was brilliant i was really sad to go the beach was good the restuarants where fab!
If you want nice places to eat try romance palace, cubana,love star and for good entertainment go to crazy boys!! in cubanna talk to wendy shes really friendly.
the only bad thing is that every restuarant, hairdressers and trips places all hassel so make up an excuse if you dont want to go there the best thing to do is pretend your having an arguement.
