The hotel is up a hill and right next to a grave yard, (but don't worry they only do funerels on Fridays).

The rooms were cleaned every day, maid leaves plenty of toilet roll incase you need it.

The reception staff are very friendly. Hairdresser bloke is very good at Turkish shaves including massages. They have an on site turkish bath which is very good it cost extra thought.

The free drinks are local wines, beer, vodka, gin, brandy, herbal teas, coffees, squashes and local shots (no ice creams). The amount of food served for breakfast, lunch, dinner buffets is un real there is plenty of it. They have a toaster but it takes ages to toast the bread, it is behind the piles of bread.

Mustafa from behind the bar is really friendly. Ali from pasha jewellery is lovely. The hotel puts on a free bus times do change.

The outdoor pools and slides are very good (ok in may the water is cold).

We all had a great time at The Kervansaray, an excellent hotel and very clean.

Hotel staff were very friendly, funny, and helpful.

The food was out of this world, my daughter who does not like foreign food could not get enough, to the point they are all going back again next year and so am I...Waiting and restaurant staff were also wonderful, as was everyone who works there, to many to mention one by one, Thank you

The Kervansaray we all had a great time...NO!! an exceptional time....and don't worry bout the graveyard it was fascinating to see how the different cultures live and bury their dead I will give this hotel a ********** star rating highly recommended.........................

First impressions were we were not going to like this very much. But into the second or third day it was much better.

The hotel staff were very friendly. Entertainment was very poor the first week then other reps took over and it was much better. Tarkan was the main man and was very funny. Ory and coco were very good as well.

The food in the hotel was very poor and we had to eat out a lot. But it was very cheap to eat out. I would not recommend this hotel on an all inclusive basis.

If it was self catering it would be ideal. The best thing was our apartment had a washing machine which was great as I had little washing to come home to.

After reading the previous reports we were really worried but didn't need to be.

The Kervansaray exceeded our standards. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels and were on suite and spacious.

The food was ok, not English but who goes on holiday to eat English food for 2 weeks. There was plenty of choice and it was always fresh and warm. My only complaint that the all inc was more restricted than what were used to...only snacks at certain times and no pop before 10am.

The location is good, about 25mins to beach if you walk but hotel bus is free and regular to beach and to town. There's a nice secluded beach away from all the hassle near Captains pub and waiter service on the beach.

The hotel staff were lovely and great with the kids.

I can't comment on the entertainment, the kids went to mini disco but didn't take part in the organised activities but considering it was end of season they still had entertainment.

All in all a good family holiday. thanks to the package holiday company for getting us a good deal.

The hotel is a medium sized hotel, with a nice pool. The pool area itself is quite small. We went in October when it was quite and you still could'nt put a pin between sunbeds. You were totally all cramed together. I can't imagine what its like in high summer!

The hotel rooms were lovely, very large and spacious. We even had a king size bed in our room, with a single bed for my daugter. We had a lovely huge balcony facing the pool area, which was pleasent to sit on when the sun started to go down around 5p.m!

The food was o.k, some nights better than others, but we did not starve. The desserts were yummy, with lots of choice. The only down side was the restaurant was small, and quite often you had to sit on tables with other familes. Also the tables were quite dirty as there were not enough waiters to clear tables. There were also lots of VERY greedy people on this ALL INCLUSIVE HOLIDAY! They would push in queues and quite often take more then their fair share of food, leaving sparing amounts for the next in line! You would think these people had never eaten before, it was quiet sad to watch really.

Hotel entertament was fair, my daughter went to the kids disco in the evenings, which was in small room due to the tempretures dropping to cold in the evenings. This was good and we had the usal aray of MINI DISCO tunes. She met a few freinds and enjoyed her holiday in Turkey.

As a whole we did enjoy ourselves, it was a good place to go for October 1/2 term. I can not imagine what this hotel is like in the summer months though,I'd probably say, not very nice place to be due to the very small pool area and small restaurant.

I would go here again, but only for 1 week , in October as we did this year. I would not go in the summer or for any longer than a week as I feel by week 2 you'd really want to go home!

Hello.
This is the second time to this hotel I went in May 04 with my mum and sister. This time my Dad, best friend and my sisters partner came and loved the hotel as much as we did.

We had 3 rooms for 2 weeks between 6 of us and each room there was a king size bed and a single, and the bed linen was always clean and fresh and bathrooms were always clean and had plenty of loo roll etc...

The entertainment wasn't great but the lads did try their best.

The staff were all friendly and always tried to help. We had several problems with the safe (are faults forgetting the codes!) but the handyman always came to our rescue.

The maids were good but if you do buy anything from the shop and you don't want them to EAT IT hide it.

The waiters did do everything they could to help but with so many people to take care of and not enough staff they tried their best.

The food wasn't brilliant but there was always something for every one and always fresh bread.

In all it was a brilliant holiday and we are going back to this hotel this year, but on a girly holiday with 10 of us.

If you want to go on a good day trip go down to where all the boats are and find The Mega Diana and ask for Mustafa, Ali or Ebor. It really is fantastic and we've been on this boat about 6 times!!! It's great food and drink all included.( but not the ice creams.) Good luck, have fun and take care.

Me and the girls will see you all at the Kervansary and on The Mega Diana very soon!! xxx

Well I survived it!! After reading some of these reports I was dreading this holiday.

The hotel was spotless. The rooms were lovely.

All the staff were great and very helpful. When I asked reception for extra pillows or someone to check the TV or fridge, the helpful chap in reception was sent to our room immediately (Sorry I don't know your name.) When I asked if I could keep our room as we were not leaving the hotel until 21:30, I was told to ask on the morning we were leaving. When I asked on the morning we were leaving, the chap asked when our bus was picking us up. I told him 21:30. He told us to keep the room until then and it was only

This is my third visit to this hotel, I was there twice last year and I have just arrived home from a week at the hotel.

Once again I have had a fantastic time. Everything from the weather to the hotel is perfect.

The staff are great they will walk to the end of the earth for you. The accommodation again was great and the whole hotel is spotless.

I know that some people dont enjoy the food but it is Turkey and you have to be prepared to try different things. If you want bangers and mash go to Brighton on holiday.

The holiday bargains are great and I get better at haggling every year. A lot of the people I met last year have returned again this year with there families so it was lovely to see everyone again, and it was nice to make friends with so many new people but Eddie needs to buy a different football shirt.

I cannot fault the hotel and it is perpect for families with everything on the comlpex from waterslides, playpark, tennis court, volleyball court, kids club, snooker room, games room , turkish bath which I strongly recommend on your first day to help you get your perfect tan.

Don't listen to all the bad stories try the hotel for yourself and then be the critic.

Very clean hotel, staff very friendly, varied food quite a good selection, only a short dolmus ride away from marmaris centre, rooms were a great size.

Daytime anamation not to bad, although techno music played for hours at a time not very good.

Evening entertainmment the worst we have ever come across, comedy sketches that werent funny.

Would not return to this hotel unless entertainment was dramatically improved. 1 week would have been ok we stayed for 2 weeks to long with poor entertainment
will return to Turkey again , just not this hotel.

Got back to the uk on the 13th june, the hotel was very nice, reception staff very helpful. And the cleaners were very good.

The food was ok (kept you alive.)I wish the bar staff could have smiled once in a while when they served you.(if they served you)it felt like they were doing you a favour when they poured you a drink. The selection of drinks at the bar was very poor, they ran out of beer, liquor's.(Not impressed)Sunbeds are hard to get hold of you'll need to be up bright and early to grab one.

The music played around the pool was the same old thing everyday.Slides were great.

Childrens entertainment should have been on a bit earlier, and change the songs they play everynight. If you think the adult entertainment was good, you need to get out more.

Had a turkish bath at the hotel, very relaxing.

Apart from that we had a good holiday.
