We stayed in the Kervansery Hotel, Marmaris. On the whole we were very happy with both the accommodation and the location, we enjoyed the location of the hotel which is set in lovely country side, a small selection of bars and restraunts is just a small walk away and Marmaris is easily accessible by taxi or bus. On the whole we were very happy. Pool was very clean and lovely views whilst you relaxed. The only down fall for us was the entertainment which in the evening was a bit basic, but entertainment staff tried very hard to entertain.

I dont quite were to to start here, but here goes
The staff very much befriended my brother and I, they would always talk to us and tell us that we were friends. however the first chance that the manager got he tried to do us completeley. Basically i got back from a night on bar street, and the hotel staff would not let us go to our room and told us to get out of the hotel, as soon as we got out the hotel 4 members of staff including the manager set upon us tripping us over, pushing and insulting us, and saying "punch us" me and my brother were instantly wise to their plan, if we punched them they could get danger money from our holiday insurance, so after they realised that pushing and tripping us would not work, they turned to very bad insults, so i said an insult back and one member of staff punched me in the face, as soon as this happened they all went back into the hotel knowing that their plan would not now work, however they refused to let both my brother and i back into the hotel for 3 hours, this was so that we were unable to make contact with our travel representitives. I would go into details further however i am limited to how much i can write

Excellent! Upon arrival the staff proved themselves to be helpful and friendly, something which they continued throughout our stay. The hotel was one of the cleanest i have ever stayed in, with maid service every day, and a constant army of staff cleaning throughout the hotel. The food was wonderful. Something different every day with a range of salads, typically turkish food, a huge variety every meal time. Breakfast ranged from cornflakes to fresh fruit, omelettes to fried eggs. What you mustnt expect however is to come here and get an English fry up - for this, go down in to the town and get an all day breakfast. The entertainment staff worked very hard to make sure everyone had a good time. The kids loved the mini disco on every night. It perhaps could have been longer, but hey, not everyone likes to party into the night. The main problem we encountered was due to the large range of nationalities staying at this hotel. If you are xenophobic i suggest you find somewhere else to stay! The entertainment staff tried very hard to include all nationalities. The only let down to what was a superb holiday was the levels of chlorine in the pool - take your goggles, you will need them! On the plus, i never heard anyone complain that they were ill from either the pool or the food. Would i go back again? Hell yes - and i would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a friendly, well maintained, hotel with a great level of service.

My family and I stopped at the Kervansary in Marmaris. The hotel was brilliant and the staff were brilliant every aspect of this hotel is very good.
I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel was situated in a lovely place just a short dolmus ride into Marmaris.
The hotel is set in lovely grounds the rooms were really clean, my kids loved the pool and slides {so did my hubby}

After the reports about this hotel we weren't to sure but when we got there we were pleasantly surprised.

Myself and my family stayed at the Kervansaray hotel in Marmaris for 14 nights. My first impressions of the hotel were how clean,and well presented the hotel was.
The entertainment was standard and could have been longer, although the entertainment staff were all excellent at ther jobs.
we received an excellent housekeeping service, rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels left.
I would have no hesitation in returning and recommending this hotel to future holiday makers.
I find it almost impossible to believe that any family could visit this hotel and find fault of any kind.

was very impressed with foyer.found staff very helpful including manager .could not do enough for you .found it very hard to believe that manager pulled a gun on someone.food i enjoyed very much with plenty of choice .only complaint no bacon but i know this is a religious thing.iwould recomend this hotel to anyone.the old saying comes to mind you can please some of the people.

we stayed at this hotel for 14 nights -we could not find any faults.the food for allinclusive was very good-for breakfast-lunch &dinner the choices were varied -the kids enjoyed their own buffet in the evenings and snacks were being cooked fresh all day.the rooms were very clean & the staff very pleasant.the drinks could have been better-beer-vodka&brandy.the swimming pool was quite deep for younger children-but had two great slides.the hotel has a free bus into the town-if not the dolmus runs every 5 mins and costs about 40p.the entertainment was,nt much good ,but standard for turkey-the kids loved it.on the whole we were very impressed we would definatly go again-one of our party was 86-she loved it-and has booked for next year

we stayed at this hotel for 14 nights and couldnt find any faults, the hotel was really clean, the entertainers and staff were great and also great with children & very helpfull. I would recomend it to every1, im just back and going book up for september this year and july next year, i find it very hard to beleive the manager pulled a gun out on some1 over a phone bill as he was very helpfull and great to get on with.

This hotel is one of the best i've ever stayed in.
The food was great, you couldnt ask any better from the staff. The entertainment was on going through the day all day long. The cleanliness was 10/10 they mad us feel very welcome.
I cant wait to go back next year.
