Hisaranu is a vibrant place to be and has lots of bars and restaurnts and shops to spend your time getting a good bargain.
The locals love the british holiday maker. As for beaches you have to visit the nearby Olu Deniz I would recommend Billy's Beach, you can call him via your hotel or mobile and he picks you up free of charge and takes you home at the end of the day.
The charge is 10ytl for 2sunbeds and a brolley, and a very reasonably priced menu for lunch. Well worth it,(Billy's No is 0252 617 0017)

There is so much to do locally with Fethiye, Hisaronu and Olu Deniz all easily accessible by Dolmus. Ovacik is a good place to base yourself as it's a bit cooler as it's higher up and it's quieter. Whether you want to laze in the sun, shop, swim, explore or do a fun activity - you'll be spoilt for choice.

The resort is near to Hisaranu, 5 or 10 minutes walk or get a dolmus. The dolmus buses are quick and clean also cheap.
The town has restarants and bars to suit most tastes.

Hotel had use of private beach, free bus from hotel have to pay for food, sunbeds and drinks but these were not expensive.Food again was excellent as was the staff.
Always something going on my Children did quad biking Parasending(son said was wicked) & microlighting. Also take lots of english money as the markets,Hisaronu Mondays & Fethiye Tuesdays like you to barter start low, buy low was our motto.Altogether we had the best holiday yet.Only down side was having to come home to soggy wet Kent.Still theres always next year!!!!!

Hisaronu is a lovely lively place. You can choose all sorts of meals and bars and come away happy. We loved a place called the hakuma Matata the boss is very friendly and makes you feel very welcome. The only down side is the shop keepers if they just let you look instead of pouncing on you the minute you step into the place then your more likely to buy.
Olu deniz is the most beautiful place ive ever been to, the sea is crystal clear and warm but the pebbles are red hot so be careful also with the sea breeze you don't realise how strong the sun is so make sure you you apply cream often. It cost about 1.50 lira each to get into the lagoon and 4 lira per bed and umberella. Pedaloes are 16 lira, Skiing is 35 lira and for a tandem parasail is 90 lira.
This is the second time to this resort and i would visit it every year twise a year if i could afford to.

The resort of Ovacik is peaceful and relaxing but very central for sightseeing, nightlife etc. There is no beach here but the nearest one is only a 15min dolmus ride away.

I have given the resort of Ovacik ones for this reason. There is no beach and there really is not a centre to it.
It's just lots of hotels along the Olu Deniz to Fethiye road. It is good place to stay because it is quiet compared to the probable noise of Hisaronu and Olu in high season. There are restaurants along the road and some supermarkets for essentials.
I would not hesitate to stay in the Salhan apart again. Best beach was Suara beach it was paradise. Get free bus from Olu.
