It just goes to show, it's true what vicky said, it all depends who you speak to.

its awful as they seem so genuine, anyway by saying no they covering their backs, but i and you know that we will be having, those delicious creamy ice creams ...................... you will be there before us we dont go till the 8th (2 weeks to go)
we are not going till September with our 2 year old, just wondered what sort of things they do in the creche wuth them??
thanks
Emma
Soccer school is great my son and three nephews did it over three days it was quite expensive but well worth it, sorry I cant remember just how much, they also got to go up on stage at the amphiteatre and receive an award and a photo of all the team.
The kids clubs you didnt book specific times and dates, you register and get the cards on the first day and when they feel like going reguardless of weather its once all holiday or four times a day you just take them along.
I didnt use the creche and we did sign my nephew up for it but he wouldnt stay (hes only 2 and prefered us running after him), but someone we got to know on holiday took her little girl through the day she was about 13 months and she loved it and mum and dad had 1 and half hours rest in the afternoon.

We were also going to the Kos ABC and got cancelled five weeks to go, I phoned my travel agent the day I got back from the Pegasos to tell him what a wonderful time we had and we couldnt have enjoyed it more if we had gone to Kos. Im sure youll be glad you changed holidays aswell.

I read somewhere the avon insect repellent after sun is good so ive bought some of that but i think you are ok if you use the repellents i know there are some others recommended but i cant remember what.......someone who has been should be able to help.
I have a feeling we are going to get told off for talking about this on here sorry Briar i couldnt find the mozzie thread???
Vicky
Like many other people, we used the Sin Kov mozzie repellent that you can buy from the shops on site. My wife and I still got a couple of bites, but my 6 year old got none. Might be that we were stricter when applying it to her than when we did ourselves though! From memory it was only about 3 lira per bottle.

If you are going end of august, look out for a man spreaded in marmite and a funny yeasty smell, that will be me!
Should be a few more returning this evening, so looking forward to hearing what they have to say!
Cheers
Avon skin so soft dry oil spray is good for the mozzies, I used it last year, (also good for headlice!!)
does anyone know anytying about the diving school on site? My husband wants to try and do some dives and get his qualification so if anyone does could they let us know.
i heard that avon skin-so-soft dry oil spray so ive bought 15 bottles. if anyone is thinking of getting some i bought mine from the avon website because its half price.
Hi Haffendenfamily, a couple from our party one adult and two of the kids did the taster dive in the swimming pool, then you signed up to do the proper dive, but they didnt do it, I do know it its run by people who work for the hotel but as for price and where they actually do the diving I dont no, it takes place in the pool at the side of the restaurant a couple of times a week, you cant miss it because the instructor has a big board up and they have a walk around asking if anyone is interested. Hope this all makes sense.
Cheers.
we used avon skin so soft last year and didn't have any problems with bites. only had a few the whole fortnight. we got them at the ampithetre in the evening. the staff had a bad habit of hosing the ampithetre down in the early evening to clean it just before it opened and because the ground was still wet the mossies all went there. our bites were on our legs. i would watch where you sit and spray your feet!!
Debora - you mentioned the dive lesson 1 ad and 2 kids how old were the kids ? i hav a 9 year old interested!
Hi nonnielane, the kids were 13 and 15 but I dont think they had a problem with anyone trying it, my 9 year old wanted to until she saw the size of the tank then she decided not to.
Debora - Thanks for the reply, my daughter is very small for her age so i doubt she will be able. (lol)
