Hi mobor one just to answer your question,no there were no places marked for me to ammend & yes I presume I sent the correct ammount as it was all done on line.so just dont know where I made the mistake hopefully it was the exit port I had wrong & have now corrected it.XX

My Sister done an online application and sent off both her and her Husbands passports in the same SDE. I just done an online check and only her Husbands passport is showing up as being processed. Its telling me they have no record of hers although it was showing last week that an online application had been created

Have you tried searching with the web reference number, just in case some wires have got crossed?

sent ours 2 weeks ago,tracked it with post office who say it was delivered last week but it has only shown up as being recieved today by vfs

Ours were sent last week and showed up first as application in process 14th, then same message but for the 15th.... and today it says sent back !

Kags52 really glad you have them back, I am still holding my breath for mine,due to fly out 1st Nov.Is there a way I can track them they were applied for on line.The tracker no: I had said they were delivered Wed 14th,did actually ring again fri:after 11 am but was told not gone to process yet. Any suggestions will be really appreciated as the post is due to strike from nxt Thurs:

Well got on the web site & as yet theres nothing about my application that was delivered Wed 14th, only the one from the first application that was returned to us as not being correct.Another sleepless weekend ahead of me until I can try again Mon: My fingers toes & eyes are crossed so much I think they will be that way permanent.

Oh no not another problem please!!!.Do I have to send an e mail before they process my new application.
Just to add to my last post,my first applications were sent back as not being filled in correctly,have resent them they were delivered to Hayes on Wed lunchtime.Do I have to get in touch with them to take off the first application before they process my new ones, Iam due to travel 1st Nov:Sorry if Iam harping on here but Iam really worried.HELPXXXX

We had to get ours cleared from last year and it took 48 hours. In actual fact, we were advised that if we didn't want to wait, we could print off the forms and fill them in manually, then applying in the normal fashion.
However, in most cases,an application that has been wrongly filled in can easily be retreived on line and the details amended without further assistance.
I am sure Franny appreciated messages of doom and gloom to mull on over the weekend.
In our case we now have our passports back complete with VISA. It took 2 weeks to send them in twice and get them back so all is not lost.
Franny, you will get yours back by Wednesday.
Hey Dave Iam really glad you have yours back & thanks for the words of encouragement,they are very much appreciated as I had a really sleepless weekend.Iam informed to check the system after 11 30 as thats when they update them,so still on pins waiting.Once again thank you very much for all your help & I will keep you informed.XXXXXX
