Just been offered Heathrow to bangalore then to goa with kingfisher from 19th december to 11th january 2010, for £ 679 can anyone tell me is this worth booking or should i hang on to see if it becomes any cheaper.Many thanks Gel

Hi GEL Just booked my son on the same flights but with the good connection times for 24th jan (there was a cheaper one but connections were too long!!) for £345!! is that price for two of you?if so i think its ok

Thanks samtheboater, the lady who owns the apartment we are staying in is pestering us for dates, dont know if to just give her my dates then try and match flights, i thought this might make the flights dearer as you cant be flexible then. many thanks for your help you are most helpfull. Gel

I would book the apartment then arrange the flights later.
The problem with the price is because it is over Christmas, I would still think you should get better than £679.
I would start trying in 2 months time. You should get the exact days you want.
If you have problems with the apartment owner and need to look for an apartment which is very good try giving these people a try info@spice-villas.com. The apartments are really great but a bit pricey.

Although we did not fly with Kingfisher, a few people we met did.....all seemed to be pretty impressed with the service, amount of leg room (one of the guys was over 6ft and quite a big man) and especially the standard of the food, No negative reports. They just fly from Heathrow at the moment.

I've looked on the usual sites but cant find the economy leg room listed anywhere, we use Emirates to Mumbai, principaly because of their 34" leg room, anyone know? Alan

i just came back with emirates and got upgraded from dubai,superb journey..
kingfisher is coming up at 311 return lgw to goa for march so think i will go with this,,by the reports i've read they are good..
