fares do not include taxes and service charges of Rs 3000! looks very expensive, may be better to fly into Deli as part of the flight from the UK!
Had to book our flights seperate as wanted to use our airmiles on Virgin to Mumbai
return fare Mumbai/goa was £99 each our return day is a saturday which made it more
expensive ,fare to Mumbai on Virgin using some airmiles £315 so not to bad £414 in total
for the same dates our friends have booked charter with Monarch premier seats £641
who would you rather fly with????

Nationwide sent us some sort of security gizmo for use with their credit card for online transactions, maybe that's why your card wasn't accepted Aarond ?
Must admit, I haven't used my Nationwide CC since I accidentally withdrew cash on it thinking it was my debit card. For use in GB I have an alternative one that gives me reward points.

Just got my Kingfisher etickets via email, how do these things work as it says you dont need any paper ticket, I presume your details are on computer when you arrive at the check in. just a bit confused afetr years of charter packages and all the stuff they give you.
just take your eticket- there wont be any problems
bigbaddad,
E-tickets just means everything is stored on a central computer so you don't need tickets like you used to have. Some of the charter airlines use these as well now for their flight only options. All you need is your booking reference number and passport. Just makes things simpler and gives airlines the ability to use facilities such as online and express check-in. I normally take the printout of the flight confirmation with booking reference number on it and take that with me just in case. All you need to do at check-in is present your passport and booking reference number (if needed).
Edit: You beat me to it Fiona!

you might have to warn your cc company before booking as they often block transfers in India.

I did the same thro Tickets to india much cheaper, and the price through to Goa via Mumbai was only 20 pounds more than the flight to Mumbai, also in the conditions on the Kingfisher web site it seems to indicate that if you miss your connection and its not your fault they will put you on the next available flight at no charge!
