I've emailed you direct. Sorry for being so quiet recently - just a bit difficult getting teenage daughters to let me near the computer recently :( (at least it's preferable to to a huge phone bill  ).

Glad you've got booked up and the price sounds excellent - I don't think you'd beat it. I'm toying with the idea of going a similar time - so there is a possibility we could eventually meet! (I'd better make my mind up soon - it got booked up pretty quick last year)

How many sleeps now?

Still not decided where to go yet. :)

Hi Fenderman

How are you doing? Long time no speak ;)

Well if you still havent decided you should consider Cala Millor - we tried it for the first time last year after years of Cala D'or/Alcudia/Can Pastilla/ and a few others.

We loved the atmosphere there and would have no hesitation in going back.

Hi Tisonlymoi! Remember me? hope you are still telling folk not to go to the safari..........I definately am!!!

hi,my partner and i are having a couple of days break going to palma nova can we arrive at a hotel on the day and would they let us check in there and then or is it best pre booking thanks in advance

Hi Toots - yes I remember you and yes I'm still telling peeps not to go to the auto safari (every opportunity I get), I still wonder how the animals are doing and if those poor tigers are still being dragged around and whacked with sticks ! Those chimps in the cage will haunt me to my dying day, I still get upset thinking about them.

Guess where I WON'T be going when we go to Cala Bona this year!

Hello everyone, Just thought I'd introduce myself and tell you a bit about myself, I'm married 41yrs we're both in our early 60s, but very young at heart,
We always take our 12yr old granddaughter on holiday with us, we love her company as much as she does our's, we're looking forward to bringing her to Majorca she has'nt been before and asked to go, we've been once before, so we're going to the hotel Palma Nova where we stayed before she was born,
its a small 210 room hotel, AI, and reading the reviews, it sounds the same as it was when we were there in 1990 we had a really good holiday that year.
We like going to the shows, boat rides, horse riding ect, the only problem is, we dont go untill July 19th
oh well, keep smiling, by4now Lynn

Hi Norma, when do you go next, and where are you going to, we've only been to Majorca the once, to Palma Nova several years ago now, we like to go to a different place each year, we run a shop in Barrow in Furness and only get away once a year, we take our grandaughter with us so we try to go to places with plenty of things going on, we usually chill around the hotel for three or four days, then we find something to do, we've decided to go back to the Palma Nova hotel again as we know what its like, the food suits us brits as its an all brit clientel, last year we stayed in an hotel that catered for 95% Rushion, never again haha, by4now Lynn

Reply
Helen456, weather can be mixed in October, when our daughter was at school we went to Majorca many times at October half term. Always enjoyed ourselves what ever the weather, we took clothes for all eventualities. October is just luck weatherwise but always better than being at home!!! CBG
