My wife would not let me try last time even thoe it looked very tempting.

Keep bumping into other carts selling omellete sandwiches - quality.
I must say, if there are newcomers reading this, please give these guys a go,you may think "they look dirty and not worth the health risk" but they are selling fresh produce every day,top snacks and no problems here.
chicken / beef or prawn. chilli fry, you can have it spicy or not to spicy
we have it at lunch time without rice, a few chips and a nan bread to dip in the sauce yummy ha ha, paul.
We seem to be having a quiet day so how about those of you who are here telling us about the food you love in Goa? We needn't bother with the drink- I think I know the answer to that one!!!!!!!!
Butter Chicken - anyone else tried this?
Also worth looking at in Goa is Tibetan food in particular chicken momo`s and thupka is also very nice, try everything once as it costs nothing and is well worth the experience mmmmmmm .... roll on March
P.S. Try here for some good recipes: http://goacom.com/cuisine.php?file=recipes but 1 word of warning do not use the amount of chillies they say as they are very different to the hot green chillies we have here, maybe use around 5 of our green ones with seeds if you like hot or adjust accordingly

I have the book by Joyce Fernandez, it's very good. I can't wait to get out there for the culinary experiences will be an experience itself. I also want to have a few cooking lessons and learn how to marry spices together properly too.
Hubby says I'm mad I should want to be waited on hand and foot not sweating in a kitchen, but want to be able to cook some goan food when I come home
