Please take no notice of the bad reviews which have been coming in. Our family went out in the middle of August peak season and had a fantastic time. ( I have posted a review previously)
I cannot believe that that we were staying the same place as some of the comments we have heard about it. I can understand people getting upside over the chrolide issue in pool C. This must have happened shortly after we left.
I do feel where you stay will make a difference to your holiday as it is such a big complex. While we were there a lot of people were happy but there were a quite a few who were not. We did stay on the B side and were so glad we were not on the C side due to the litter and the nosie. But there again a lot were happy on the C side.
So go and have a good time we did.
You need to go with an open mind and make the most of your holiday. As Welly said it did start to get better towards the end of our holiday, just wish it had all been like that.

p.s Welly and I can reccommend the sun cream and enhancer from the sun cream lady there, it's lovely stuff

I have received a letter from First Choice today that they would like to clarify that there are 4 bars on the complex not 7 and in addition the complex is not ideal for guests with walking difficulties due to the amount of steps.
They have also apologised and added that I can change my holiday without incurring any administration fees!
With all the bad reports of late this is tempting but we only have 14 days to go and I will keep saying a holiday is what you make it.

I have received a letter from First Choice today that they would like to clarify that there are 4 bars on the complex not 7 and in addition the complex is not ideal for guests with walking difficulties due to the amount of steps.
They have also apologised and added that I can change my holiday without incurring any administration fees!

i think it said there was only 4 bars anyway.and i know it was uphill.i dont think id want to change as i choose this complex due to it having the 2 bed rooms and all in.and there wasnt any others like that.also i will be on the beach most of the time anyway.i think it will be better nowas the main season is over and they should have learnt from there mistakes.cant wait now .not long to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been to this complex twice before , once on HB and once on SC , so this year (14Oct) will be our first AI, we stayed near the pool at the CD last year which i presume is now called Complex C...Don't worry about the Uphill thing it's not a problem (unless your disabled), i can't wait to go back , and i'm not taking any notice of the bad reviews..

shigham: We didnt encounter any mosquitoes on our holidays, but I would reccommend ant powder as there are alot of ants in and outside the apartments. Cant comment on the wine as i'm not a wine drinker, but the spirits were okay. 
Never been bitten there, but then again , the only places i ever get bitten are Scotland and here(Wigan)

Spoke to First Choice yesterday they have sent a Health and Safety employee to this hotel due to a large number of complaints.
For all the people who did experience the bad service I hope you will get some sort of refund

Hi to Kelly marie & jenni, we are going here on the 20th Sept for two weeks, we've booked a kids den so will probs be on c side where i'm on the understanding all the kids dens are.
Look out for us 6 adults and 6 kids ages ranging from 22 months old to 12 yrs old, 5 boys and one girl.
After reading the reviews about the pools, I've bought my own tester strips to test the pools before the kids get in. But hopefully everything will be fine.

We thought this and spent two hours at First Choice on Sat we have had a really bad time booking with FC who are now my Last Choice. This year alone we have been booked to Turkey we had a major change so we changed to Kos Aqua Beach which got built but had major health and safety issues so we booked for here and was really looking forward to it untill August reviews came in!
When we went to travel agent Saturday trhey said an Health and Safety employee had been to the hotel due to a large number of complaints but during the last 10 days no more complaints were made.
Swimming pools and food had all past the test. Sickness bug had now cleared.
We just have to wait and see
