Quick question for anyone that's been recently - can the kids use inflatables in the pools ? :?:
Thanks. :)

Hi Sallington. Royal Wings ( Far better Hotel ) is no more than a 10 minute walk down the road.mind you, in this heat there are no Bars to stop off on the way.

Yes no problems using inflatables in pools, but buy them before you go as

Question for anyone who has recently returned from the Titanic and paid to keep their room on the last day due to a late flight .....

Can you please tell me the current cost of doing this, and did you do this directly through the hotel when you were there, or was it through your tour operator ?

Did anyone not pay to keep their room, who had a late flight....? and if so, what did you do for the rest of the day after check out ???

Thanks :)

It was 50 euros to keep the room on.(until 6pm) We had 2 connecting rooms so just paid to keep one on. If you don't want to keep room on, you can use your all inclusive until you leave, and there are showers, towels and changing rooms in the Spa which you can use for no extra cost.

hi yes we too had interonnecting rooms, but we didnt keep them on and you didnt no till that morning if you were able too either.
They have a locked luggage room in reception and then you are allowed to use the spa changing rooms which have toilets, showers, changing area, hair dryer. Basically everything that you need, they are by the indoor swimming pool area and we found it great. hope this all helps!!!!

Thanks for both replies ..so I am right in thinking you don't need to pay extra, to still be able to eat & drink at the hotel, until you leave at say around 6pm ?

I had originally booked, daytime flights but unfortunately these got changed by the travel company and we are now leaving 5 hours later than first scheduled...still shouldn't really complain ...its almost an extra day's holiday now !

We are going on October 14th from Manchester (the week before half term).

Flying with My Travel - which is a first for us for a long time as we nearly always end up flying XL as they are cheaper - however, they only had night flights when we booked, and they have sinced pulled all their flights from Manchester - to Antyala for 2007, off the market .....so glad we didn't book with them now !

We have booked a sea view, so here's hoping we get a good room !

hi, have to say there are more sea view rooms than not.we got side sea rooms that were no extra cost.
look forward to your review on your return, but im sure you will love it.

Just a quick question - are there tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms ?

I know this sort of thing is fairly rare in the Med., ....but just thought I'd ask in case I need not bring the ol' plug in kettle :? ...can't do without my brew first thing in the morning ! :D

Hi, there weren't any coffee making facililties in the room, but just outside our room there was a coffee /tea machine, you could just help yourself. Didn't see one on every floor though.!!! Denny

Have a fab time. We did when we were there in May. Don't know if you have any kids in your party but our grandchildren loved it. Have to wait til April before we go back. Regards Denny

hi
i if it helps at all i too asked the question about tea/coffee in room and i too was told about the machines being in corridor and you could go outside and help yourself.
So i didnt bother to take anything and there was nothing in corridors or rooms,so be warned.
I reackon they perhaps do this in low seasons as we didnt hear of any of theses facilities,i just used to take a coffee from the lobby bar late at night back to the room.Hope this helps

Just back ........... :)

Well, if you are looking for a hotel with the "WOW !" factor - this has it by the bucket loads !!!!

Off to do a review on here shortly, and hopefully upload some pictures when I can to the Photo Gallery.

Food was slightly disappointing but no major gripes - good for Turkey standards, and catering enmass, though !!

Food available all day except between the hours of 03.00am -07.00am !! Drink 24 hours !
The other half was very taken with the free mini bar that was stocked daily, and good range of TV programmes that included loads of sports channels.

We had a late flight home and we were indeed (as previously mentioned on this post) allowed to stay way past our 12 noon check out, using all the facilities and AI programme - very gennerous !

Only a 15 min (25-30 lira - roughly £15) cab ride from the airport.

Definitely highly recommended !!!! :)
