Lots of restaurants, pubs etc. Try the orange grove, koutouki, and a must try is the Mexican chicken in Carina bar.

A lot of the pubs have the same sort of entertainment every night.
Drinks are about the same price as you pay here.

The square in Ayia Napa is the place to be for a full on night out. Loads of clubs and fun pubs.

We are frequent visitors to Ayia Napa and over the years have seen many changes, all for the better. If you like clean white beaches and plenty of good restaurants, then this is the place for you. Try Makronnissos beach, a little further on from Nissi beach, it is less crowded and much nicer. If you go to the Water Park, call in the Axartis Restaurant opposite for a warm welcome from Peter and his family. If you go at a quieter time, he may even entertain you with some live music. The food is excellent too.

We are a family with 3 children and have always had a fabulous holiday here in Ayia Napa.
It is a resort that seems to have a stigma attached with the clubbing scene, but in all our holidays here we have felt safe and comfortable. We have never experienced any bad or drunken behaviour whilst on holiday here unlike many other european destinations we have visited in the summer months.
The resort has many good restaurnts and eateries and all reasonable.
There is just so much to do wether you enjoy the bustle or a quite relaxing drink Ayia Napa has it all.
Nissi beach is a beach to die for!!!!!

We love to go into Agia Napa a few times at night for the singers at the square pub and other stuff about the square, but are well away when not needed.Nice to visit in daytime around the harbour and the monestry area.
Sandy Bay beach is just over small road if needed.
Nissi beach is only short walk.

Ayia Napa is a generally clean / tidy town, with several excellent bays / beaches , plenty of watersports etc, and of course many restaurants / pubs / night clubs.
All of the 18-30ish night clubs are together in one area which suits everyone, if you are into clubbing everything is close by , and if you are not ,just avoid the area and you would never really know it was there.
A lot of people seem to think Ayia Napa is just for clubbers but it is a quality resort for most age groups.
There are plenty of places to visit nearby, best by hire car if you can, although many people seem to use the local buses.

Ayia Napa is not just for clubbers! There is something for everyone, although if you do want to guarantee avoiding the rowdy bloke/girl groups then don't travel in high season when all the club nights are in full swing. This said, you won't meet these people in daylight! The resort is one of the cleanest I have seen abroad, despite the fact that toilet paper is disposed of in bins and not down the toilet. As far as entertainment goes, for daytime you have a wide variety of options available: cultural trips to visit monasteries and ruins on the island, the excellent waterpark in Ayia Napa, various boat trips of varying duration, the luna funfair for the young and young at heart and many more. At night time things liven up if that is what you want. For good cocktails and dance filled nights head to the Square and surrounding area where all the bars are buzzing and the people are partying. For a more refined sedate evening out, there are still some excellent restaurants around the Square area and some quieter bars more suited to a family night out, but for a more low key night out try the area around Nissi Bay where things are toned down.

I believe all the beaches in Ayia Napa have EU flags for excellence and cleanliness and consist of beautiful white sand and clear blue waters. There are also plenty of areas nearby which are worth a visit if you wish to explore out of the resort.

The resort was quiet so you had the option to go into the main town of Ayia Napa or not.

The Macronissos beach across the road is well worth a visit as it is really secluded so you won't be fighting for the sunbeds.

The Garden of Eden restaurant next to the complex is great, the food lovely, prices reasonable and friendly staff

Ayia Napa often has a very bad press, so when we booked we thought it may have been a mistake. Our family group consisted of four adults and one child, with ages ranging from 56 (grandad) to 8 years(son). There are a huge variety of restaurants, snack bars and well known eateries in Ayia Napa. All that we tried were of a very high standard. Snack bars on the beach tended to overcharge on several occassions so be wary. There are loads of bars, kareokes, nightclubs etc so there are places to go on an evening to suit most tastes, we enjoyed o'rourkes Irish bar, just off the square. Also in this area there are plenty of authentic Cypriot restaurants which are very good. There is a large fun fair just round the corner from the Napa Plaza, it costs £5 Cypriot pounds for 12 tokens, and most rides are one or 2 tokens, so we thought this was great. The beach is a little crouded, but if you walk a little further, you will find jet ski's for hire . This area of the beach is much quiter. Sunbed hire is fixed at £1.25, per bed and £1.25 per brolly. Shopping in Ayia Napa is quite touristy, however there are shops selling local soap, honey etc which is very good. All in all a very happy holiday was had by all.
