Try to get a sea view room overlooking the lovely gardens and sea.
The buffet is excellent and we did not get sick.
Amazing place.

You must upgrade to the best rooms, as all rooms in need of new furniture and decor etc. must have a seaborne or pool view room too.
Charging for wifi in this day and age is disgusting hotels just making money out of you for all extras.

Staff very helpful, good food, rooms very clean. The staff go out of their way to help you day or night. Try the Italian restaurant, it has good steak and you will go back again.

Deluxe & Superior rooms in the main hotel.
Room 1210, spacious and quiet over looking the swimming pool.
Onions is a good restaurant to try, but being on the all inclusive, we did not try, but a lot of guests did.

Even number rooms face the sun, odd number rooms are on the dark side and never see the sun.

Nice resort, however it gives the appearance of "not yet finished"

Sharm is a great resort we stayed in Naama bay the beach was lovely. One day we got a taxi to Ras Umm Sid we paid to get sunbeds at El Fanar, you go down some steps and swim with snorkel mask over coral reef when you get to edge it drops really deep but the reef and coral is out of this world.
The amazing variety of fish we saw a large manta ray down a few metres that was a real buzz. We saw lion fish, nemo, parrot and angel fish.
Well worth going here to snorkel much better than Naama bay beach which is also good. But watch out for the sea Urchins its very easy to get spikes in your feet buy sea shoes.
In naama bay there is lots of good restaurants the thai/chinese/sushi house above the shopping mall was very good.
Also lots of fresh seafood restaurant. You have to try the shisha pipes there everywhere, different fruit flavour tobacco.

Great weather, great beaches, great snorkelling!
Recommended.
Would Give Ras Um El Sid's restaurant (above the Hard Rock Cafe) a miss though as my partner got a dodgy tummy after eating there - don't think he could handle the traditional Egyptian quisine!

This is the second time we have stayed in Sharm and we love it. Everywhere we went is very clean. They have street cleaners working all day and night. Beaches are the same, spotless.
Naama bay has everything you want from Kentucky to local food doing great meals at less than half the price you pay here. Would never go all inclusive, B & B is enough.
The beach front bars and restaurants are very good also some have entertainment as well.
There is a couple of night clubs in Naama bay, apparently expensive when you go in. There are also a couple of casinos here.
The buildings are fantastic.....so there are lots of different things to do in the evenings including shopping.... Because it’s a Muslim country alcohol can be expensive - a bacardi and coke £3.50 approx. Local beer is only about £1.60 a pint or bottle. If you go to any of the smaller resorts, Dahaab for example it’s less than half that price.....
Worth doing the excursions, we did the pyramids last year and it was a fantastic day definitely worth seeing.
This year we took a coach to Dahaab, about 70 miles from Sharm. It cost £2.50 for both of us to go and we got a taxi back which was £12.00, cheap at half the price.....
Weather's brilliant people are great, if a little pushy sometimes. But all in all we love it here and will go back.
Even better we book last minute and paid £220.00 each B&B. Worth doing every time.

This is my first and only trip to Sharm el Sheik. It is like visiting Blackpool by the Red Sea or as our rep' called it...mini Vegas.
If you have to go to Sharm I would recommend the snorkelling boat trips...these where the saving grace of our holiday as the sea life is incredible and the coral reefs are amazing...plus it got us away from the resort!
There are no real beaches as they tend to be rock shelves to the sea. If you don't like haggeling then this is defintitley not the place for you as you haggel for everything.
The food was generally awful and both of us had to spend a lot of our time very near to a toilet due to upset stomachs. I would not recommend this resort to anyone

Naama Bay is fantastic, lots of shops, bars and restaurants.
We always took a taxi from the hotel, cost £13-50p in English money return, you say what time you want picking up and they will be there, you pay on return. It is 135 egyptian pounds, converted is as above.
Everything is value for money, we love it, just go and enjoy.

The hotel was a complex so the "resort" did not play to great a part. Sharm-el-Sheik however is beautiful and clean. Don't listen to the alarmists who claim there is trouble there. This is incorrect. The Tourist Police are everywhere in numbers and the whole resort is tourist friendly. No-one we spoke to or indeed anyone we could find, knew of any issues so far as security. No problem!!

Resort is kept clean and everyday people are working on the pool and all surrounding areas. There are some areas that they are starting to work on.I understand that there is also a new block being built.
There is some daytime entertainment around the pool and on the beach but in the evening it is very low key.
Beach is very clean with plenty of sunbeds and a towel kiosk.
Great for children as the water is very shallow and there is a Wendy house on the beach.
I wouldn't visit the resort again as it wasn't lively enough, but each to their own.

Sharm El Sheikh is a beautiful place. I would recommend the bedouin night, it takes you out to the sinai desert and gives you a look at how the bedouins live. Naama Bay is full of shisha cafes and pubs and some shops. Its good to see!
