Try to get a sea view room overlooking the lovely gardens and sea.
The buffet is excellent and we did not get sick.
Amazing place.

You must upgrade to the best rooms, as all rooms in need of new furniture and decor etc. must have a seaborne or pool view room too.
Charging for wifi in this day and age is disgusting hotels just making money out of you for all extras.

Staff very helpful, good food, rooms very clean. The staff go out of their way to help you day or night. Try the Italian restaurant, it has good steak and you will go back again.

Deluxe & Superior rooms in the main hotel.
Room 1210, spacious and quiet over looking the swimming pool.
Onions is a good restaurant to try, but being on the all inclusive, we did not try, but a lot of guests did.

Even number rooms face the sun, odd number rooms are on the dark side and never see the sun.

Sharm is a very beautiful Resort and definitely would be my favorable destination for repeated visits again and again although Naama Bay is too crowded and too noisy for me and I love to stay away from it as I already did in Pyramisa.

A beautiful resort with many things to do , from snorkeling, to desert safari or simply doing nothing and just relax under the sun.

Resort of Na'ama bay very lively in evenings. Not the cleanest of resorts but they do try with sporadic cleaners around.
All the beaches except one are attached to hotels and can be used at a small charge. Great restaurants if you look but also some not so good. Pomadoros and Mexican Bar the two we most enjoyed. Most attached to hotels.
Two recognised discos (bus stop and black house)the latter a little out of resort. Pacha have also opened a disco but Ibiza it's not.
Great shisha cafes for people watching and chilling.
Two words of warning though...
1)If you use local taxis ensure you only use ones with licence no. They are blue and white and almost all peugeot 504's(agree price before you get in and refuse to pay anymore when you get out no matter what they say)
2)You will be asked by many men standing around if you need a taxi. Do not use these guys. You might end up in the desert being asked for loads of money to take you back. Your rep should warn you about this.
Loads of bargains to be had shopping. Some usual tat you expect on holiday but some genuine bargains.
My only advice is haggle, haggle, haggle. Half their price(which you have to ask for)and work from there. It's great fun and they expect it. Go on, you can do it.

We found the rooms to be cleaned so well everyday and not just a quick wipe over but more like a british spring clean everyday making animals out of towels.
The entertainment at night was not to our taste but we enjoyed sitting by the pool bar playing cards listening to music in background but the pool entertainment was great in the morning water polo aerobics for the women and general pool games through the day. I want to go back now.

The pool area was very clean, and the pool boy worked really hard. The pool bar was a pleasure the boys always with a smile and time to chat. OK there isn't much of a beach, but the sea and fish made up for it. We were really lucky and swam with the dolphin which visits the bay, that was the icing on the cake. It was certainly a honeymoon we will remember.
After visiting Namma Bay we were very happy with the location of the hotel. Namma Bay is fine for a visit, but is like Blackpool with sun!
We are already planning to go back for our 2nd wedding anniversay 2006. It won't come around fast enough!
All in all a lovely honeymoon. Thank you Hilton Sharks Bay.

We found the Sharks Bay area quite boring nothing but hotel complexes, we had to take a taxi into Naama bay if we wanted to look at the shops etc. A bit disappointing.

Sharks bay is very quiet and only has hotels surrounded by desert, but most hotels have everything you need inside them. The beach is on levels instead of your standard flat beach. You can’t just wade into the sea, you have to walk along the jetty and climb in.
The snorkeling is wonderful, I have never seen so many beautiful fish!
Me and my partner went quad biking in the desert and had such a wonderful time we did it twice more. It’s the most beautiful thing I have seen in my life, surrounded by desert and mountains while speeding along on a quad bike, it was bliss.
So I have to say to anyone thinking of staying in Concorde el Salam......you must do it!

Nama Bay is extremely clean.
Entertainment is mostly hotel based (you can eat in any hotel you wish to), although there is a disco in the Centre.
The beach was amazing....tropical fish that practically came to the shore line.

Naama Bay is the main tourist area in Sharm and the hotels within walking distance of the centre are the best location in my opinion. The Hard Rock Cafe has excellent food at reasonable prices but the drinks are very expensive. the meals and snacks in the Camel Bar are good value and the atmosphere is brill, try the roof top bar and beduin pillows area, as the seats are a bit hard for a long session. The only problem I have had is with the Perfume sellers they can turn quite awkward, so steer clear of these shops. Street vendors try every trick in the book to tempt you into this or that restaurant, but they all understand a polite "No thank-you" or "La'SHUK-ran". If you cannot snorkel then take a glass bottom boat ride to see the true beauty of this part of the Red Sea.
