Try to get a sea view room overlooking the lovely gardens and sea.
The buffet is excellent and we did not get sick.
Amazing place.

You must upgrade to the best rooms, as all rooms in need of new furniture and decor etc. must have a seaborne or pool view room too.
Charging for wifi in this day and age is disgusting hotels just making money out of you for all extras.

Staff very helpful, good food, rooms very clean. The staff go out of their way to help you day or night. Try the Italian restaurant, it has good steak and you will go back again.

Deluxe & Superior rooms in the main hotel.
Room 1210, spacious and quiet over looking the swimming pool.
Onions is a good restaurant to try, but being on the all inclusive, we did not try, but a lot of guests did.

Even number rooms face the sun, odd number rooms are on the dark side and never see the sun.

The resort was immaculate & the promenade stunning & relaxing. The promenade is lined with fantastic restaurants & there is so much choice. Service was 5*everywhere we went & we never spent more than £30 per couple for a 3 course meal with bottled water & Sakarra beers! The restaurants on Marina Street vary from Italian to Thai and was of excellent quality & very reasonably priced - we payed £1.50 for spaghetti bolognaise !!!
The resorts beach was a little small & did tend to get a bit overcrowded but we only went to the beach to snorkel & then spent the rest of the day after that around the pool areas (which were always spacious & had plenty sunbeds to go around). The snorkelling is a fantastic experience & is a must see !
We will definately be going back & would recommend it to anyone.

Naama Bay has just about everything but don't visit during the day unless you want to be hassled by every shopkeeper in town. - do your visiting on an evening when it's full of tourists and they just don't have the time to pester everyone.

The resort of Sharm El Sheikh is well worth a visit.
The diving and snorkelling you can experiance are out of this world.
Make sure you go to Cairo and Luxor on day trips because it is well worth it.

We ttok the shuttle bus to Namma Bay we were dropped of at the sister hotel and then left to walk down a road that was more like the M25 on a busy day this I found very distressing and feared or our lives. Catch a taxi if you dare. Hard Rock Cafe is a must but forget the rest as you are approached every 2 seconds some get really nasty if you don't look at them and speak. Beach only saw the one at the hotel and it wasn't a beach.

Resort itself was quite clean in the main areas if you happened to go down a side street or stray from the main drag then the cleanliness is poor.
For me the entertainment is poor in Sharm,it appeared to me that the operators have promoted the place to death but had yet to put in place any evening entertainment. our Rep told us that they were planning to bring in up to 2500 a month and that the big clubs were on there way
Beaches were very crowded
Will we visit again oh yes for the diving only

We stayed in Hadaba, which is just outside Naama Bay. An ideal place because it is quiet if you want, but only a short taxe ride to the busier area of Naama.
There is plenty going on in Naama, lots of restaurants and shops and a few pubs and clubs.
The beaches were very good, it's just a shame that there were so many people trampling all over the coral which is very close to the shore. You can already see that a lot of the coral is dead or dying. Apart from that the snorkelling is excellent and for those who don't like snorkelling, the water is very clear so you can see plenty of fish without getting your hair wet!

Naamha Bay brill. Friendly locals and genuine. A bit insistant and persistant but friendly, just acknowledge even if you have no intention of buying, but do not stop walkng to talk if you are or buying. Just thank and carry on.
Fantasitic restaurants and resting areas, excellent value. Love kids genuinely

Sharm was a very nice place and we enjoyed it very much. My wife had great fun haggling over everything. Trouble is too many tourists translate the prices into British pounds and feel they are getting good value - thus missing the opportunity to get a real cracker of a deal and, at the same time, making it difficult for the rest of us to haggle very much.

I love sharm and believe it is a resort for the whole family and not only young kids like many other resorts in the Mediteranean. A mature resort with decent high quality and very high money value..
