The best rooms to stay are typically the ones that are located nearer the strip. Like Nefeli for example. It was 2 minutes from the night life but when you wanted to recover it was also out of the way, sharing a personal swimming pool with neighbouring ho

Make sure you buy or have air conditioning when you go.
A lot of great places and bars to visit within 15mins walking distance. Gets very hot alot of people tend to hire quad bikes to get around.

There are great places to eat in the centre of Malia,The China House resturant has a fantastic menu of chinese and indian food also they serve pasta dishes.There are plenty of pubs and clubs to cater for all ages from 18-40.The Red Lion pub serves a great breakfast if you wish a traditional english fry-up.I would definately return to Malia and the Prygos apts and say to anyone who wishes to have a quiet night's sleep but also wanting to be close to the clubs then this is the place to stay.the PR's can be a bit annoying but if you stay firm and let them know you are not interested they will leave you alone.So if you want a quiet greek meal in the old town or a lively night in one of the bars Malia has it all.

every where you go there are clubs which is why we went to the destination however each time you walk by the pr's try to force you to go in and some even pushed us in. this is the same with the restraunts however these were nice to eat in and if we said no they left it. do not eat from a pizza stall as they charge you 18 euros for a whole pizza!!. the beach is full of sunbeds and the sand is covered in fag butts and rubbish, however there is alot of entertainment available with there being a waterpark and watersports which were amazing.
the shops are all the same they sell the same things but have a look around to get the better price, they also have a spar so go there and buy food if self catering.
overall this resort was ideal for my party as it was what we were looking for just didnt expect it to be so pushy on the night time, ohh n drinks are 5 euros and you get 3 free or a shot!!

Me and my mate had a right corker of a time in Malia! nicghtlife was IMMENSE, fit fellas, cheap booze, and loads places to get wus grooov on!!!

Resort very clean 10/10.
The resort should have more entertainment rather than food and drink orintated.
As we live in Bournemouth, their beach would not score, but i will say the Med was warm and clear.
I would recomend staying in the Sarpidon,but no more than a week to ten days,you would become bored.

Malia is amazing and would recommend it to anyone between ages 18-27.
The cleanliness is brill considerin the amount of mad partyin that goes on! Beach is fantastic durin the day...lively with music playin over big speakers, watersports n of course its great for talentspottin!

Malia has everything that a holiday-maker could want. Plenty of nightlife (if that's what you want)and good restaurants. Watch out for the quadbikes tearing around the place and pay no attention to zebra crossings as no-one stops anyway. For us, the main part of Malia was just a bit too hectic. You're better off visiting Stalis which is nearby but more family orientated.

walking down the strip all you can smell is sick all you can see is glass you would have no chance if your foot slipped out your flip flop and the quad bikes just ride up and down all day and night they was also very dangerous.

Went to Malia about 4 years ago and found it a bit quieter this year. Quite a few empty bars that have been shut down which surprised me. The beach could do with being cleaned every night as it's covered in litter as are the streets. Had my foot cut open by a broken glass on the main beach road, beware of wearing open sandals!

The nightlife in Malia is amazing so much to do great atmosphere the only thing is the next morning the place can look a right mess although the locals do clean it the only thing that is a pain is the broken glass that seems to be everywhere you walk so watch your feet.
