The best rooms to stay are typically the ones that are located nearer the strip. Like Nefeli for example. It was 2 minutes from the night life but when you wanted to recover it was also out of the way, sharing a personal swimming pool with neighbouring ho

Make sure you buy or have air conditioning when you go.
A lot of great places and bars to visit within 15mins walking distance. Gets very hot alot of people tend to hire quad bikes to get around.

Good resort, lots of stuff to do. Clean, lots of bars/clubs for young people.

malia is great for everything you need. theres shops, bars (by the plenty), and many restuarants. the beach is fantastic with water sports at great prices. also the staff and atmosphere everywhere is very friendly and of a nightime very lively.
the resort entertainment was brilliant with loads of clubs and bars to choose from and suit your taste in music. i will come back and recommend malia to everyone.

malia is great!! suited to 18-22 year olds id say. if you want nice beaches, and classy restarants its not the place for you but if you want a party town by night and a place to get a tan by day its great! i loved it and am looking forward to returning.

Malia was brill awsum nightlife so many bars and clubs to go through.Loved going to the newcastle bar great deals on drinks in there.loads of other great places also.Beach was lovely didnt go there much tho as pool in our hotel was nice.Would deff visit Malia again!!

what a place to go clubbin...onli for younger groups of lads n girls like us...with bar after bar club after club along th main strip it is heaven!!!

Malia. Oh dear, well I don't have much positive to say I'm afraid. I think it all depends on what your looking for in a holiday. If you want a quiet, romantic, cultured experience then this would most probably be hell for you!
If however you love your booze, sex, fake gucci, English fry ups, rowdy teens and stag do's then you have come to the right place!!
Every 'restaurant' along the strip is accompanyed by a dodgy name like The Red Lion Inn! Clubs like the 'UK Club' are obviously original. Your bugged every metre by PR's who will sometimes either drag you in to buy a drink or literally pick you up and plonk you by the bar!
When I finally decided to drink, I found the alcohol was dodgy, (they put fake smirnoff labels on the vodka etc) the water was really bad (drinks come packed with icecubes) and the next day I was thoroughly ill, to the point of being too unwell to get up - sick over side of bed after having about 5 drinks? - (I have only been sick twice in my life, this being one occasion).
The beaches are monopolised by the hotels or sectioned off and named 'Pleasure Beach' and such. You have to pay for a sunlounger and there isnt any room for a towel or anything. I heard many tales of the tourists going off to the beach to have sex and then having their items taken by Greeks that would stand and watch :| - sounds sick to me and this was common occurance. I think the whole place is so sex-orientated.
I struggled to find anything greek or cultural about this resort sadly. Would not go back.

The resort is reasonbly clean, the entertainment is ok too

It was really nice place very fun if your a singleton !!!
would not recomend for couples and also the prs and beach boys do your head in come in here come in here they do not leave you alone !!! But other thank them it's ok def go back.
