Can't believe that the bars closed at midnight.
Mad Club and Downtown are the places to go if you like Indie and Cheese.

The resort was very clean but the swimming pools were dirty. The beach is pebbles, so by some water shoes or you wont be able to get about. The sea has wonderful fish which you can feed by hand.

We visited Kardemena in late July 2005. Because Falaraki was shut down for the summer, all the young lads and lasses came here, to Kardemena.

There are many bars and restraunts around with a few clubs aswell. When the night kicks in, Bar street is packed full of girls and boys aged 16-20 listening to the music. It is a great atmosphere! During the day there are some designer shops that sell very good copies of armani etc. Also designer belts 3 euros.

Kardemena was only a short bus/taxi ride from the hotel. Very quiet during the day, it then had the capacity to take in all eagre holiday-makers at night.

Numerous bars/restaurants to choose from - as well as the loud music bars for the younger ones. Plenty of choice.

Acceptable shopping opportunities in town.

Personally recommend Scala restaurant - great steaks and a roof-top setting for a fine dining experience overlooking the pretty marina area.

Better - sandy - beach available at south end of town but I'd suspect it could be busy.

The resort is very clean and pleasent to walk round. All the trips we went on we booked at Kardemena rather than the hotel, the reps seemed to concentrate on kids clubs more.

The beach at the hotel is small but there are sunbeds available, there are watersports available but these consist of canoes and pedlos also free to use.

Our party really enjoyed the holiday and wouldnt hesitate to go back to Greece in the future.

The beach was awful, very dangerous and you must wear shoes, a guy cut his toe open whilst we were there.

Kardamena was excellent, the beach was great, bars and resturants superb. Kardamena was above all the most liveliest area, mainly for 16 year olds on 18-30's, but it is very easy to get away from the main strip if you don't like that kind of thing.

We found an excellent cocktail bar on the beach which we went to most nights. Kardamena is about a 50 min walk from the hotel and best to walk along the beach road.

There is a free bus which runs regularly from the hotel to Kardamena, it's jamm packed and so hot though but worth it.

Norida beach was quite a way from the town centre, by bus about 15 mins, walking about 1 hour.

The beach at Norida is very clean, but pebbly and a bit hard on the feet, also when it was hot it was impossible to walk on.

The sea did drop quite suddenly, but it was lovely and clear and very clean. Yes we would visit again.
