Keep balcony doors closed at night. Got eaten alive by mosquitoes! Staff are extreamly friendly.

Pefkos is a small traditional town with plenty of bars and restaurants
We were mostly looking for places where there was something for kids to do
Fuse Bar/Peacocks Bar - both very close to Pefkos Beach Hotel offering kids game station, play area, games and books so ideal so you can enjoy a beer in peace
Restaurants - Where do I start what a fabulous selection with good service and great food - Nostalgia, Colliseum and Tpersis were the best bar far - Smile was great for kids with a play area.

Pefkos is lovely not to lively but plenty to do loads of bars and resturants to eat in. Marias supermarket the best,
you must try the greek house and ther collisum to eat in and the kelari bar is great.

pefkos we fround this place was right for us as a family of four there were lots of bars and diffirent restaurants, we went for two weeks and we did not see any trouble, everyone was really freindly, mostly british about. taxi in to Lindos cost 6 eros. the beach was great sunbeds cost 4 eros each. go on the glass bottom boat trip, that was will worth it.

Pefkos is clean and unspoilt, the local people seem to like the English, and Scottish,and all speak very good English.A few local restaurants held greek nights which are good fun, but you may have to wait for your food as it is very laid back, and the restaurants like you to stay all evening.Food is excellent especially the greek food( gyros, mousaka, etc also seafood.
The beaches were clean but surrounding areas have lovely beaches also and car hire can be as cheap as £40 for 3 days, so explore.Pefkos is a fantastic resort and has not been spoilt by tourism, so you feel you are in Greece. Definatly a place to return to.

Everything you need here shops, bars, restaurants and the beach is really close too. We ate in at least 10 of the resaturants and couldn't complain about any of the meals at all. Two bars we went to in particular were Pefkos by night(For very impressive cocktail making) and the eclipse bar that is open air and very modern, if you did want to carry til the very early hours you can always catch a taxi to Lindos for about 6-8 euros.

Pefkos was a great place.Great beach and the water is crystal clear with lots of fish. Take some bread to feed them - hundreds seem to appear from nowhere. Lots of good restaurants and bars. Plenty of supermarkets etc.
Really enjoyed our holiday – would go back tomorrow.

We loved everything about Pefkos.
We travelled with three young teenagers 17,15 & 13. Pefkos is small yet big enough to provide plenty to do but also to be able to let the teenagers have a little freedom.
We ate in a different restaurant everynight and we can't say that we had a bad meal.
The restaurant at the hotel - Nostalgia was very good, as was Enigma over the road, Artemis,Terpsis, Hellas Garden, Collaseum, Smile Garden, The chinese/Indian on the right just up the hill past eclipse, Two Brothers, Georges and our personal favourite The Greek House on the way to the beach.
Although the Greek house is a little more expensive than some of the others you get a really good meal.

As I said earlier, this place is very clean, modern and bright.
The standard of the beach was good, very clean and sandy but there were a few rocks along the shoreline, which hurt the bum when knocked over in the water while trying to get out in one piece!!!
Lots of wasps around the shower but I think that really they were more interested with drinking the water than stinging people.

the resort was clean in most parts
there are many bars and restaurants too many to choose from at times, for a late night go down to what they call the square to a bar called pefkos by night they have sky tv and stuff and the barmen entertain you making cocktails
whatever you want you'll find it here because there is so much to choose from
there is a bar that does crepes that has an enclosed play area for youngsters on the main street that was popular with familys with young ones as they could sit back and watch the kids play safely
i did not go to the beach much about twice i think, it looks nice and is sandy a few rocks in places under the water but it is nice and shallow to the left as you look out to sea it seemed to be rocky under the water but in the middle it was ok
i would visit here again it was a very relaxing and chilled holiday good for familys and couples not roudy at night and we all felt safe
the one occasion that i thought i was being ripped off in the resort was when i took the taxi to lindos the prices are set for areas to go ie lindos 6 euros rhodes town 36 euros and so on when i got to lindos i gave the taxi driver 10 euros and he said he only had a 2 euro in change he expected me to say keep the difference,he pretended to have no change so i got the wife to get some change from the couple we had gone there with and when he realised what i was doing he soon found the correct change and sorted it out just be aware and have the correct money if possible
but most importantly have a good holiday

Pefkos is a nice place to have a holiday,not to big but plenty to keep you busy.We ate in a different restaurant nearly every night,our favourite places to eat were The Three Brothers and the Terpsis,and our favourite bar was the Fuse bar!(Jack and Lyndsey really make you feel welcome)We would certainly go back to pefkos.
