Imagine our shock, after an 11 hour delay to our flight, to find our apartment not only to be too hot but unclean with no facilities at all. Gone 11 o'clock at night, tired, upset and very angry! what a way to start a holiday!! reps what reps we are returning to alcudia this year as a larger family group not here though it was like a teenage holiday park and not a good one at that

After an 11 hour plus delay by MY TRAVEL we were relieved to finally get to the hotel. We entered the Sauna...er room only to discover there was no Air Conditioning, no Kettle! no Fans etc. Couldn't open the windows because of mosquitoes, no REP to be found anywhere. A nice start to a holiday eh!
What can you say about this place? Its like a bad housing estate, no security, kids jumping in the pool unsupervised at 2am.
Entertainment - We had a resident muppet next door arguing all the time with his even louder missus...but thats life.
There are facilities for golf, tennis etc, and amusements for kids, motorcycles and bike hire close by.. so kids can ride round the estate...er complex and annoy you. We were on the ground floor which was ok, but all in all the hotel was dire!

Our stay at the Bellvue was fantastic, with kids aged 3,4&5, the kids clubs were great and they enjoyed them very much. The 8 pools on the complex were very clean and were deffinately clean, as was the surrounding areas.
Entertainment was great but having young children and the shows not starting till 10pm it was a bit much for them, Kids fair was great as well.
Room was clean but basic, we only eat breakfast in the room as we were out all day, so can't comment much on the cooking facilities although a holiday is supposed to be just that! so I wasn't going to cook anyway!
Towels were out from 4am!!!!! bit annoying as we only wanted to sit and watch our children play but with all the Sun Beds 'taken' but empty this proved hard, so we tended to wait until after 3pm to hunt for a spot around the pool.
Would very much like to visit the complex again, but would go for 2 weeks next time as we didn't get enough time to do everything we wanted.

I thought alcudia was a beautiful place the bellevue
was fanstastic I loved it so much it was so hot. The
cleanliness was really good the beds were changed everyday the hotel was cleaned including bathroom and kitchen. On the balcony we had a great view and in the
distance we could even see the waterpark.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate out at yummy yummy's the food was fantastic! no doubt. The entertainment was really fun they have lots for the kids to do and games for adults.
I would recommend this to anyone it's a great place to be. I would defently vistit again!!! Well im goin this year for the 2nd time back to the lovely hot sun.

We found everything at the Hotel to be excellent. I, like many others, had read the reviews before we went and I was making myself physically ill at the thought of what I had let my family and myself in for. No worries!
It was one of the best holidays we have had - honestly! and I am very hard to please. We stayed in Leda III and we could not have wished for anything better in terms of cleanliness, facilities and location. My grandson only asked this week when we would be going back there. I'm looking now!!

Arrived August 2005. We stayed in Fedra 1 which was a good 10 minutes walk (with a 4 year old) from the main entrance of the site.
The apartment was fine, room for 3 kids in one bedroom, adults in the other, separate kitchen area. Very lively site lots of kids hiring motorised scooters and being a nuisance and a danger.
Pool busy up to 4ish, all sun beds gone by 8am even though pool empty(no Germans around to blame). Didn't bother with any on-site entertainment, but the fairground was value for money.
Found an excellent Scandanavian place to eat -

Stayed in Fedra 11, farthest away from reception! Long walk with kids and cases. Had to hire electrical appliances. ie toaster and fans. No air con!!!
2 bed apt. think camp bed was lousy cause I was the only 1 to get bitten and boy I mean bitten.
Alcudia as great, been there before and would love to go back. Staying somewhere else though.
Tivoli is great for food and beach is wonderful.

I felt I had to add my bit , the hotel was boiling - no air conditioning although you can hire fans , but expensive, take your own from home. tv films extra price, everything seemed to be extra, however it was a cheap holiday last minute.
The resort smell was disgusting. The beach is beautiful and makes all the suffering worth while ,little boat trip. Watch out for the rats around the boat area at night.
Rooms were very very basic, holiday camp beds, but livable and you don`t spend any time in your room as it too too hot.
Entertainment was really good but repeated weekly. I would never return as it is butlins, my son became ill from the pool water as did a lot of children , and the nearest e111 doc in magaluf so have some money for taxis, there are much nicer places to go ,so please do go.

We have stayed in these appartments many many times before and although the entertainment/food is nothing to rave about there isn't much to complain about either. most of out time is spent outside the complex anyway. the staff have always been polite and helpful. for the las two years we have booked directly through bellevues website which has turned out to be very easy to do and cheaper too. the appartments are in an excellent location which is brilliant for kids and grown-ups alike.

we thought that the hotel was situated in a ok place but a bad place for the people who like the beach also the entertainment was ok but the entertainment team could not sing or dance on the whole it was a quite good holiday
