On arrival at Bellevue we were put in Fedra 1 on the 8th floor, considering when we booked nearly 13 months in advance we requested a low floor as we have a 2 year old!

The apartment was clean although my son went onto the balcony and climbed on a chair and was nearly over the top, watch your kids on the balcony, they are not safe.

2 days after our arrival a hoard of Spanish students turned up. There was over 200 hundred of them. They started turning out holiday into a nightmare. We would have to wait 20 mins for the lift because the students were messing about. We would get woken up at any time in the night with students shouting off the balcony's and generally trying their best to ruin everyones holiday. We complained to the reps, got told we would hear the outcome by 7pm that evening, we never heard anything for the remainder of the holiday. 5 days before we were due home we went and complained at reception, The receptionist we spoke to was so rude and said there is nothing he can do to help, we would have to put up with it and walked off and refused to discuss the matter further. We were up calling security several times through out our stay and the morning of the 16th more students were arriving at 3am as we were leaving. Being a family resort they should not do group bookings of 17year old students in with families its bound to cause trouble. It didn't just ruin our holiday, there were loads of families complaining and we all got the same answer, there students there bound to cause noise! Well why put them in with families with young kids, why not stick them in a block on their own.

I will never go back to Bellevue, they have no discipline with people making noise at any time of night or early hours of the morning. It was no holiday for us, it was a nightmare we paid

Me and my boyfriend stayed in the Serena 1 apartment of the Bellevue hotel, on arrival it seemed ok. We got into our room at approx 2am and we noticed it had no air conditioning and single beds, we requested went we booked that we needed air conditioning (as I'm pregnant) and we requested a double bed. We went back to reception and complained and they said none of the complex had air conditioning or double beds. We asked could we be moved as the view was horrible we looked out the window 2 a palm tree! He said come back in the morning and we

We arrived in resort at around 11 o'clock with 2 very tired kids ( age 7 & 2 who had been up since 1.30am ) in the morning to be told that we were unable to check in until 3pm, we had to leave our baggage in the luggage room across the road and come back at 3pm. So we were left to wonder around.

We were given our key at about 2.45pm along with a map and the wrong directions. We were staying in the Fedra block 2 which was a 10 minute walk from reception which wasn't easy with 2 very tired kids, a pushchair, 3 cases.

The lift was tiny, the room was basic but we did get a low floor which I had asked for. Hotel was fairly clean, staff okay, towels changed regularly but beds only changed once in 2 weeks.

Not enough sunbeds in pool area. The reps don't seem to know whats what, that is if you you can find one.

The complex is far too big and you can only enter and leave by one road meaning some people had a very long walk only to pass their block once on the main road
we seen many people climbing the fences and passing children over.

They should just open the locked gates so people dont have to do this.

There is no air conditioning so if you need to stay cool you can hire a fan or you could open your patio doors to let all the mossies in for a feast on you.

Hotel food same stuff all the time just cooked different.

The sun beds were all taken by towels very early on a morning even though the welcome screen on the TV states not to reserve the sun beds. (Perhaps someone should be on duty removing towels from sunbeds where the people are not even at the pool sites).

Holiday was OK but we won't be going back.

On arriving at the Bellevue quite surprised on how big it was. It was a bit of a trek to the apartments but once there we found very good shortcuts.

We were placed in the Fedra 2 which was nice but the maid service was shocking. Towels were changed maybe 4 times in 2 weeks and the bed I don't think ever got changed.

Fedra 1 was a nightmare with all the Spanish students don't go the middle of June I think they all come then, all you heard all night was shouting and clapping errr.

Must say that the drunken corner (dannys bars) was great so was the Diana, food was lovely and the waiters were really nice. Leif and Percy are mad as hatters.

Then there is good old danny from the corner bless him. Also try the shine food well worth the money three course meal for 6 pound and lovely.

Also beware of Percy he will try and marry you!.

Down side the mossies are horrible out of 7 of us 6 of us got bitten to bits my sister and daughter got the worse bites.

My son had mossie bands on and only got bit on the last nite, so worth having them.

Not enough sunbeds for around the pool at the fedra 2, its like a mass race for a sunbed on a morning and this starts as early as half 6, if you not there by 10am the life quard will take you towel off your sunbed.

Just returned from the Bellevue. Was really worried after what we had heard but we absolutely loved it and would definatley return.

We stayed in Fedra 2 apartment was basic but adequate. The actual Bellevue complex is very big with loads of pools and parks and entertainment for the kiddies, theres is a Spar shop near every apartment block.

We only ate on the complex a few times as it was cheaper to eat out,Dianas is a lovely place not to dear on the complex.Off site Lunars is a must excellent food and staff are superb,we had great weather all week.

The spanish students are loud in Fedra 1 but luckily we were facing the back so we avoided the noise. If you are going here then dont worry too much there is loads to do I dont think you will be disapointed,we didnt want to leave.

On arrival at 12.30am we were given our room on the 9th floor in fedra 1. got the kids into bed, sat down and the row started. Spanish students in every room on the ninth floor except for ours, and in all the rooms below us. we had constant screaming, music every single night of our holiday. One of the students even brought a megaphone to shout to his mates with. When the parties stopped, constant ringing of our door bell started. We went to reception the next day to be told there were between 150 and 200 students in our building, and because of so many people complaining about the noise, there was nothing they could do.They were not interested. We were also told the teachers were in another building. The police and security had to be called every night because of problems.(not by us I might add, our phone didnt work) We had constant hell for 2 weeks, every one was so tired and stressed. The most undisturbed sleep we had was 3 hours. These students go here every year for 3-4 weeks in June. This holiday was advertised as quieter in the early summer and suitable for families. What we object to was being put with these unaccompanied teenagers, surely it is obvious that they are going to party every night of their holiday, and during their stay families should never be put with them.

just recently arrived back from bellvue on arrival we were dropped off right outside our hotel but many people we spoke to were dropped off at the reception and given a map to find their way, we stayed in the minerva II my first impression was basic but very clean the cleaners came in every second day towels were changed no problem and they were very polite. the complex is large and theres only one way out on to the main street as all the other gates are kept locked which was an inconvienience but we found a short cut which meant climbing a fence with 2 young kids but it was worth it as it saved us a good 15 minutes. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, we only used the hotel entertainment once as the mosquitoes were a real problem up there i got bitten alive so did my Dad but the rest of the family were fine many people took candles with them to try and keep them at bay. There were lots in the complex to keep the kiddies amused my 5 year old loved the go-carts but they were very expensive 20 euros for 8 minutes, a small carnival which opened in the evening with trampolines, boats a few carnival rides and a soft play area went down well there is also mini golf and a big play park. my 5 year old also enjoyed the kids club which we used often

Last year, me and my boyfriend went to Bellevue Apts in Alcudia, it was my first time abroad. The run from the airport to the Resort took 2 hours. It was worth it, because I couldn't wait, there are 7 hotels in one viscinity (think I spelt that right). We got there late at night, so we went straight to our room. got unpacked and went for a drink. The next morning, we went for our breakfast, then dinner then tea, the meals were nice, then we went to the entertainment, which was on everyday that week, there were tribute acts to some really famous singers, one day there was Queen tribute, another Backstreet Boys etc etc. The first day was amazing. Then the next day we went for our breakfast the same as the day before. I was really dissappointed with the food from then on. As I realised that they used left overs from the day before, I knew this because I used to have pasta everyday, and it was really dry and had a rancid taste. So from that day on we ate out. as it made my bf unwell. The entertainment from 8pm was GREAT. My bf even got me to go up on stage to do this daft thing, where a couple of us had to keep this beer mat in the air using just our mouths and we had to pass it on to other people via our mouths. For some reason they all loved me n my bf at the entertainment night because we were from YORKSHIRE lol.

The cleanliness was good. Our apt was cleaned 4 out of the 7 nights we stayed. They were exceptionally good when I had to ring the reception the morning after the night before, We had too much to drink then gorged out on a Burger King. Which was just outside the hotels. I was sick on the bed, and they came and stripped the bed and put clean sheets on for us. which was really nice.

I would definitely stay there again, but go self catering. It was a great experience.

the main problem with this hotel is the dirt, when we got there we were given our room in the minerva block, we had our young daughter with us who had a pull out bed, we never actually used this as at the time it was home to a group of ants! even after several visits to the reception and being told it had been cleaned they kept returning!

lots of pools but they were all busy, all the time, as the complex is on the water there are lost of mossys's and everyone was being bitten (the local chemists must have made a fortune)

In all a verydisapointing holiday and I would never go back even if I was paid to!
