We could not fault the hotel all the staff tried there best they were always cleaning.

The food was excellent, the entertainment was great for the kids the only thing that was a bit poor was the rooms. Some of them have still to be upgraded but other than that it was a great holiday we are trying to get booked up for next year.

The hotel itself was clean as were the rooms, maid came in every day to make the beds. Unfortunately the room was too small for a family of four the balcony was virtually non existent. We awoke to a fowl smell every morning which came from the sewers. Air conditioning a bit poor and not enough wardrobe space.

There was plenty variety of food not always served at its best often left standing for long periods. Had to queue for restaurant every day no matter what time you went. Getting a drink from the bar was also the same queues, queues, queues.

The location was not too bad about a 15-20 minute walk to the resort centre.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful especially at the pool bar. As for the entertainment I thought it was very poor not enough adult entertainment.

Please be aware although it is an all inclusive complex many things incur an extra charge especially down in the children's area.

The food was not too bad but got a bit repetitive over the two weeks, kids got feed up eating chips and burgers every afternoon. The fizzy drinks were watered down and the beer was poor, better pint over the road at the queens or Hollywood and a good Irish bar.

Hotel staff were fighting a losing battle with all the kids and teenagers throwing rubbish all over the place especially teenagers drinking at night and running amok all over the place being sick, swearing and having no respect for all the other guest that were there

There is a free bus that runs from the hotel to the beach during the day and one that takes you to the port area at night (plenty of shops). Walking from hotel to beach is about 20-25 mins,Markets are on a Sunday/Tuesday will worth a look plenty of bargains.

The entertainment was not to bad the entertainers kept the under 12 well entertained with lots for them to do.

We would go back to Alcudia but not this hotel

We stayed in the Saturno Hotel on All Inclusive.

The cleanliness was very good and they changed the towels every three days as promised.

The choice of food is brilliant.
There was a choice of 3 hotels for breakfast, dinner or any snacks. You could have any drink so long as it was their own brand in the inclusive price.

There were enough sun beds for every person on site.

When we stayed it was full to the limit of 4000 people.

Club Mac complex is excellent for children of all ages. The Club Mac entertainment guys were brilliant. There was a show every night, or if that was not your cup of tea, bingo and a film, or children`s disco, circus nights, face painting during the day.
Loads of choice for day time entertainment.

There was a free bus into town at night and a free bus to the beach.

The reps were very good at their jobs.
The staff were very helpful.

I would visit this hotel again now that I know it is good and would not be put off with the bad reports.

We had are annual holiday at hotel Saturno. We have two boys age 5 and 10 and we had paid for bunk beds when we got to the rooms we was welcomed with two double beds pushed together. The room was small and basic nothing to sit on in the room the room just needed updating. The bathroom was old fashioned. The toilet had seen better days the bathroom was very small. We had a double wardrobe with three small drawers. Had to leave some clothes in suit cases, had two put cases under bed. The balcony wasn't big enough to have any chairs to sit on. The air con did work in our room. Wasn't able to use lifts as kids were playing in them. Luckily for us we were on the third floor

The restaurant was ok but not big enough for the amount of people that were staying, lots of queueing for tables. Found the food ok.

Around the pool not enough sun beds for people. Lots of ants which on one occasion covered the whole of my sun bed. Lots of teenagers who had taken over the pool spraying babies and small children with water guns and jumping in the pool on people. This was out of control and wasn't stop by the life guard. The pool itself could of done with the water being emptied and refilling

They have alot of things on for kids during the day and night but there are things on the complex that you have to pay for each individually.

The people who did entertainment during the day and night all worked very hard. The only draw back to this not enough table and chairs people were sitting on sunbeds to watch the night entertainment.

The hotel its self is a good fifteen minutes away from the beach but they do have a free bus. The hotel is quite away from everything.

I would not return to this hotel are the complex I felt like I was in a superstore on a Saturday afternoon

Out of control kids(parents not much better)>

All pools crowded and cold,rooms too small,very noisy day and night,litter everywhere,flat beer,filthy lake,lifts are a nightmare.

Food just about passable and the staff treat you like "just another one of those annoying guest things".

We came back more stressed than when we arrived and have stopped using the travel agents who recommended the place to us.

Whoever gives this place a good review has obviously never been anywhere else !! Avoid if you can and be warned.

I went to the Marte hotel in the Club Mac in July 2006
the Marte was sold to us as a hotel we were told that the were sister hotels but we didn't know that they were all together we thought that they were hotels across Alcudia.

The hotel cleanliness is good the maid comes most days she makes the beds, mops the floor, empties the bin and puts fresh towels in every 2 or 3 days.

The food is excellent there is meat, fish, veg, puddings and children's food there every night. Oh and pizza and vegetarian things too. You can see the important things like the meat fish and eggs cooked infront of you every night.

The meal times are:8-10 b'fast--Marte
12-2 cooked lunch--Jupiter
12-5 fast food --Jupiter
6-10 dinner--marte
10-12 late dinner--Saturno


The hotel staff are very helpful they try their best all the time I'm sorry that I can't say as much for the reps.

The entertainment is good the entertainers try their best the best show I saw was the Chinese acrobats

There is a water park opposite the hotel this one is good if you don't really like long and fast and scary slides I went on the espiral and I shot out of the end and I was nearly sick I don't recommend this slide for weak swimmers.

The pool hygiene is appalling there are cups, plasters and god knows what in there.

In conclusion I wouldn't visit this hotel again.

Its not quiet, so dont go if thats what you want.

There can be up to 1500 people around you, each one is an indivdual and may not behave as you do, if you get upset by that don't go.

You have to queue for the bar and food a peak times of the day, (you do here each day)if that bothers you don't go.

Entertainment is good and varied for adults and children, to get the most out of it you have to join in. if that bothers you don't go. Sometimes things beyond the hotels control go wrong, and like this country you have to wait for tradesmen to turn up. if that bothers you don't go.

The food is good and varied, its not British food, you are in a different country.

They cater for children with their own food area, mac Ds type food if they want it. We have been 3years on the trot and are going back again june 07. The club mac staff put on great entertainment for the children, they are all hard working and plesant.

Although its AI complex you are not a prisoner and can explore northern mallorca. The beach is beautiful the sea is warm and shallow so its ideal for children. Avoid the beach melon sellers though, they are abit of a rip off.

Its best to eat prepacked ice creams and lollies when buying from street vendors, less risk of getting upset stomache. The transfer from the airport is ok once you get going, like all places abroad they have rough areas, but then again don't we here.

All in all its a lively holiday and its what you make it, the things are there to do do, if you want to do them, the children have fun you can relax.

After reading reports I was expecting the same as others - a diabolical holiday butI was in for a shock one word and all my kids would say the same fab!

Rooms are basic no hairdryer but there is so much to do. You only sleep and shower in them anyway, we were on the 2nd floor so we didn't notice the lift problem so much but were told they can be a pain so ask for a lower floor if possible.

When we first arrived the hotel lobby was a mess we woke up next day and it was spotless we found out later that it had rained all day so everyone had been inside.

The food was great takes a few times to navigate your way round cause there is so much to choose from and when the restaraunt is closed there are snack bars sandwiches in fridges and don't worry if you miss breakfast as they serve it on the snack bar till 12 toast etc,

The Club Mac team are brilliant they work so hard the kids love them my 5 year old would make sure she stayed awake every night till she'd done the mac dances after the show down at the circus stage.

The only thing that was a bit annoying was at midnight they would turn most of the lights of round the bar but if you like to stop out i'll tell you about the best kept secret. There is a bar round the back of the Bugs bunny club open till 6 in the morning apart from Saturday no one seemed to know about it. We only went the once and it only had 3 tables but if your not ready for going to bed it's o.k.

The rooms are cleaned every day and all the staff really friendly.

We only left the hotel twice on dull days it's about a 15 min walk down to the beach and there is a bus.

The pools are great as well really clean lots of different depths for all, cleaners are there all day picking up empty cups and any rubbish cleaning the toilets but you do need to get down early an put towels down.

My kids have already asked if we can book there again next year and we're going again in May. I would only reccomend this as a family holiday although we did see some older couples who looked to be enjoying themselves but it's not for those who want a peacefull one

All I can say is have a good one we did!!!!!!!!

We booked for 7 nights and would say this was just enough. We read all of the reviews after we booked and thought we may have made a mistake, how wrong we were. The place is huge and very busy but at no time was it crowded because the grounds are massive.

The food is as good as 4 star and something for everyone. Food and drink 24hrs a day.

The entertainment was this complexes best feature our two children were never bored.

Yes it can be noisy at night but what do you expect with 3000 people staying on one complex and don't forget it is cheap.
