We all enjoyed are stay at the Jupitor Hotel.
A nice big hotel , surrounded by loads of lovely
gardens and swimming pools. Staff all very friendly
and helpful.
We thought the room was pretty basic, but it was clean and well looked after, maids came in everyday and made beds etc. Food was lovely, large selection to choose from which I thought was nice.
The entertainment was good, Loads to do for the kids
my 2 children really enjoyed them selves. The hotel
location was ok, loved the idea of being right next door to a water park.
Free bus to the beach , which ran frequently, only about a 5 minute journey. I would'nt recommend this hotel if you like peace and quiet though. A very busy hotel , lots of kids and noise.
All in all we enjoyed our stay !

We stayed at Hotel Marte in the Club Mac resort. First impressions were not very good, we arrived at 6 in the morning to be greeted by a very helpful receptionist.
However there was food in lift on the floor hmmm not very appealing. There was agood choice of facilities and endless things to do which was really nice.
The food was definitely worth a 4 star rating plenty to choose from and a wide vegetarian selection. The food in Saturno hotel seemed to be the best place to eat.
Unfortunately the majority of the population of guests with children seemed to be oblivious to the potential dangers around them, their children just ran wild. I myself have a 13 year old boy and girls aged 10 and 5 on several occasions there were incidences where my children were pushed hit on the back of the head or just generally bullied by these kids. The parents were nowhere to be found. On an evening you would see scores of parents getting drunk and their kids just running wild. Of course this is not the hotel's or Airtours fault but it's certainly a week I will never forget. To be honest the parents were as ignorant as the kids eg jumping in the restaurant queue like they'd never seen food before, cutting in at the bar etc. Honestly this was not a small number of people it was probably 80% of them with absolutely no manners.
It's such a shame as everything else was lovely and apart from that we had a great time.

We stayed in the Marte which is the smaller of the three hotels and the best in our opinion.
The hotel was spotlessly clean the food was fantastic,steaks cooked fresh, chickens being cooked on the spits then cut in half for you. Food was hot we had two little ones with us and they never had a problem finding something they liked to eat. It was a good 15 minute walk to the beach but over the road from the waterpark there was always something going on for the children they didnt want to leave the complex.
Hotel staff were very friendly and happy to help there are three main areas for entertainment which were great we found the Jupiter stage very busy we would definatly visit this hotel again

After reading some bad reviews about this hotel I was really worried about going. I went with my husband, 3 children and my parents and thought it was going to be a disaster, how wrong could I be. We all had a fantastic time and would love to go back again.
The complex is massive with lots going on at all times so you cant ever be bored.
The club mac team are brilliant, always trying to get people involved in games and activities and the kids reps are excellent.
My eldest 2 joined the kids club and loved it, they also joined the swim kids which was great value for money.
There was plenty to choose from in the restaurant, salads, meats, kids choice, pizza, veg, fish, foreign dishes, pasta, soup....who can complain at that?
Rooms were basic, but when all you do is sleep in them does it matter? they are kept very clean, the maids work really hard and we had clean towels every day and our beds were changed several times.
All the staff are very friendly, always smiling even though they are working hard in the heat and very long hours.
All in all we had a great time and would def recommend this holiday to any family who know how to have fun!

Rooms in need of refurbishment balcony very small only room for two people. Long queues for pool snacks, restaurant food never hot, too crowded, had to wait in line to make your own toast.
Staff very miserable as if everything was too much effort for them in fact at the bar they never even spoke, just slammed drinks on bar!
A huge complex, yet, not that much entertainment. Would never return, it obviously suited some people as they had been before.

When we read some of the comments on this hotel we were worried.
When we arrived it was 930pm it was busy but still plenty of room. It is a large complex I wondered if the people who wrote the negative comments had really been there. We went as a family 2 children aged 3 and 9 mum,dad,nan and grandad it was fantastic.
Food, entertainment complex as a whole, there are three main areas for the entertainment the Jupiter stage we found very busy. Long queues for the bar and no seats after 7:45. The circus stage was great, bingo at 9 then a different show every night the Saturno bar was quieter but still busy hardly ever a queue at the bar and entertainment as well. We found the Marte to be cleaner than the other two maybe because it is the smaller one its not as busy. So after dreading going after reading some comments we all had a fantastic time, and are looking for next year.
Dont go to this hotel if you want a quiet holiday you wont get one. Our children werent bored once and didnt wont to leave the complex to go to the beach. Theres so much for them to do AND IF THE KIDS ARE HAPPY EVERYONE ELSE IS

PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER GOING TO THIS HOTEL IT IS AWFUL. I am 25 my Parter 30 and my son 3 so we are a young family, we are not your average fuddy duddies that like a moan from time to time... We are used to lively, busy, bustling holidays.....
This hotel is just a joke, maid service terrible, staff rude and unhelpful, entertainment OK if you can even get a seat that is!!! Pools are nice but make sure you get down there by 7.00am to get a sunbed somewhere or about 5.45am to get a half decent spot...
Food diabolical, sames varieties almost every night... we spoke to many people on this holiday and every single one of them were saying the same things..
This holiday was one big rip off... NEVER AGAIN !!!!

After reading the mainly bad reviews we were very sceptical about our holiday which wasnt helped by rain on our first morning.
All I can say is that if you are a family with a couple of kids 8-16 years old then this hotel is ideal. You can laze around the pool and there is loads for the kids to do.
We very rarely encountered any queues at the bar, probably on the odd occassion down in the arena if the entertainment was good - this is a hotel centered on the kids - my daughter loved the entertainment even if the adults thought the opposite -
The food in the restaurant is monotonous but there is variation and probably seven days was just long enough
- but we are British and how many times do we go abroad and look for the shop that sells the english breakfast and sit reading the sun newspaper . . Theres no pleasing some people
Theres plenty to do !! The weathers nice!! The rooms were clean and tidy with hot water always !!
My only complaint if any !!! Water pistols should be banned!! Its not nice when your in the pool with a 4 year old and older kids are having pistol fights with what can only be described as high powered rifles.
Recommended for at least one visit.

When we arrived at the Jupiter we had to ship our luggage across to the Saturno which is the sister hotel.
Girls behind the reception spoke excellent English and were very helpful.
Hotel was very clean. The lifts sometimes weren't reliable!
The food was brilliant which catered for everyone including my two boys.
Location wasn't brilliant quite a trek when going to the resort centre and not that near to the beach either but there is a free coach that takes you there and back at allocated times.
Staff were so so, some were friendly and some weren't.
Entertainment was good they had kids films on big screen and the mac club reps entertained doing activities and dancing.
Would go back again maybe in a few years, only because I think Majorca is quiet and expensive place!

We have just returned from the Hotel Jupiter in Alcudia after spending 2 weeks there.
Lovely place but prepare yourself for a lot of noise!! Every night selfish people return to their rooms at all hours (this starts from 11pm) loud and show no consideration for anyone else or young children.
Twice there was trouble on our floor and security was called - reception were very good and gave the culprits a warning or they were out! Rooms are very small for familes and our floor was only swept once. Beds are changed twice a week and clean towels were supposed to be given every 3 days-yeah right!! We had to ask for clean towels!
Lifts are an absolute nightmare waited ages for them and there is only one large lift for your luggage!
Onto the good parts- food was great and plenty of it - lots of selections avaliable and bar staff were really helpful too once they understood what you wanted-large selection of drinks although no Baileys or bitters!!
Entertainment ok and plently to do in the evenings. No problems with sunbeds as loads always avaliable no matter what time you surfaced! Great location too nice walks also free bus to and from beach every 30 mins!
