We had room 625 on the top floor overlooking the pool. It was perfectly adequate and not much road noise. A bit small but ok for 2 people as you don't spent much time in it apart from sleeping. Lovely modern walk in shower.

In early March, there were already many shops, bars and restaurants open. The nearest open tourist information centre was in Alcudia town itself.
Temperatures were around 17 - 20 degrees so it's ideal weather for touring. Car hire is about ÂŁ65 a week if prebooked via the internet e.g. Easy Car. The roads were very quiet, apart from cyclists. Nearby, Pollenca and Alcudia town are worth seeing, Further afield, we would recommend Soller and Port de Soller, Valldemossa (buy George Sand's book before you go, which will give you time to skip the boring bits, read about the Charterhouse itself, and be pleasantly surprised how wrong she was about the locals) Lluc monastery and Palma of course.

hair braiders and sunglasses sellers on the street were a bit of a pest but if you ignore them they leave you alone eventually there was plenty of bars and resturants to cater for every type of diet even had kfc pizza hut and burger king

Everything about the resort was excellent.
The road was a bit busy to cross to access the beach, but we were given information about this on our arrival from Paul.

Mosquitos are huge problem and one member of our party had 120 bites followed by anti biotics and costly creams and sprays (rep said it's because the apartments are next to lakes which they feed off)

Alcudia is nice. Beach is really good nice and clean. Didnt really see any entertainment, think most things had stopped as it was last week of season. Weather was really good for time of year.

Playa del Muro is a lovley, quiet resort, and it's not too far to Alcudia.

great resort for families with kids as most of the eateries have kids play equipment or entertainment, beach is perfect with plenty of sea to paddle in and looks very clean

The resort is beautiful. The beach is fantastic and clean. There are plenty of bars and plenty of English bars too. Never had a bad meal while we were there. Plenty for kids to do.
