This is our 2nd time to Ocean Palace and yet again we had a fab time.
So much so we didn't want to come home!
We love doing all the comps and games, best way to meet people and make friends, which is why this hotel is so friendly.
Thank you Stacey, Amanda & Luna for making our holiday so much fun because without you 3 it wouldn't be half as good :)
We will be back.........

Very nice hotel upon entrance, some work being done on the main entrance but not too much to cause any problems.
A bit of a walk to the beach but not too bad if you don't mind walking, I would of preferred something a bit closer though.
Definitely a taxi ride to the main strip / veronicas etc as it is a bit out of the way.
The staff are very nice and pleasant and also the maid service is superb, the maids offer some handy extras for 20 euro's which isn't too bad if your with a group of lads. Not particularly the best but its worth 20 euros if you didn't pull the night before.
The pool area is good and also if you walk around you will find a handy gym and Jacuzzi and sauna area but be warned you will get charged for using the facilities.
All in all not a bad holiday I would probably say that this hotel is more suited to couples rather than groups of lads/girls.
I'd go back anyway.

We stayed at the Ocean Palace we thoroughly enjoyed it.
The entertainment team works really hard to ensure we had a great time. Thank you to Stacey, Luna and Amanda. Kids reps were fantastic, excellent my child loved them. They worked extremely hard, long hours. thank you to Amie, Stacey, Kerri, Hayley and Katy. need a pay rise.
The hotel food was delicious very good choice.
Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Would definitely go there again.

I thought that the reps there where fantastic includin the kids reps where fanastic and my children really enjoyed going to kids club, the reps work really long and hard hours excellent well done girls kerri, amiee, stacey, kate and hayley.x the mainline reps where amazin, well done shelly and kris.
Amanda and luna also stacey where brilliant and even when it was raining they still managed to think of activites to do.
both the hotel and hotel staff where excellent thank you david, roberto and oliver also amilo on reception and mary thank you all for making our holiday so enjoyable.
carnt wait to come back next year

My Review for the Ocean Palace
On arrival we were amazed at how pretty the reception area was, very impressive!
The reception staff were all very helpful.
As we are a family of 5 we had to have two rooms, which they placed us next door to each other, much to our relief! The room(s) were very nice, big and spacious plenty of room to relax and unwind, the air conditioning worked in our room but not in my elder girl

This is the 3rd year running for us at Ocean Palace, we love it.
There is very little rowdy behaviour (teenagers at night occasionally) but it is dealt with very swiftly.
We missed Roy this time, his sense of humour didn't appeal to all but did to us, but Stacey was fantastic and Amanda was brilliant with the daily games etc.
The pool area is a bit slippy but you are warned about it.
The rooms were cleaned often and bedding and towels changed almost daily.
I don't understand complaints about cockroaches! We have honestly only seen 1 (and that was dead) in the 3 years that we've been. All in all a fantastic, relaxing holiday for us.
We will certainly return.

This is the 2nd time staying at the Ocean Palace. The food is OK, not much choice for kids though. The room was noce and clean and never came across any cockroaches.
The entertainment staff were friendly, although we did miss Roy this year, enjoyed his sense of humour last year. Stacey & Eddie kept you entertained with bingo and quizes and were quite funny at times. Amanda was OK, never hasseled you if you never wanted to join in with sports.
The kids reps at times I found were very lazy, if only a few children at the club they would either shut it or close early ... hello its a kids club, should not matter how many kids were there !!! Aimee was a good kids rep though, seemed to enjoy her job.

Lovely apartments,try to get one on the 2nd floor or the 4th, the balconys are really hugh and you get your own sunbeds,the rooms are cleaned everyday and clean sheets and towels 3 times aweek,the pools are anice size and the staff are really pleasant.
There is one problem at the moment and that is there is building work going on, the tiles near the pool bar are being replaced, also along the bottom floor balconys, the restaurant is also closed due to rebuilding, we were given half board at the ocean palace next door free of charge for the inconvience also you can use all their facilities.
By the looks of things it will be going on for a few months.
I would go definitely go again(next year).

We had a fantastic time at the Ocean Palace.
We went for two weeks arriving on 13/05/05 and met some lovely friends over there such as Garry and Frank from Scotland!
We particularly liked the friendly bar staff and waiters who made our weeks even better such as Oliver and Roberto!
The entertainment was fantastic apart from one night when they pulled me out of the audience to take part in a flying daggers at your body show! We thought Stacey was fantastic and terribly brave after what she went through.
For two girls of the age of 20 we could not find a fault with the hotel. The rooms were very large and always clean.
We will definitely be going back in September for my 21st! I would recommend it to anyone.

Never again, yes the apartments are ok, but not 4 star. The staff on the whole are very unhelpful, bordering on rude.
The whole experience was marred by the theft of our mobile phone whilst it was charging and a bottle of aftershave out of the wardrobe. We only popped out to the supermarket for about 45 minutes. There was no forced entry, however maintenance had been in to look at our dodgy water heater whilst we were out.
When we reported the theft we were treated as though we had made it up for insurance purposes, only we had no insurance! We then had to suffer with no housekeeping for several days and were told that they were refusing to enter our room in case 'the same thing happened to them' not quite sure what this was supposed to mean as we were the victims and it is pretty certain that at least one of their members of staff is a thief.
The police advised us to make a report in the 'libra de reclamacion' which is a book that every business must have available for complaints at all times. The hotel managed to lose this so we were unable to make an official complaint for their inspectors to see. Maybe it had been stolen!
We wouldn't go again and would not recommend it unless you want to keep anything of any importance with you at all times. If you do want to make a claim on your insurance then this is the place to go as it is quite possible that you will be stolen from during your stay!
