Request a room that is facing away from the pool area if you want quiet at night. The rooms facing out have great views and are also very quiet at night even though there is live entertainment going on.

We stayed in room 438 good view over the pool the pictures I have included you will see walk in shower no grip handles and shower mat on the base of the shower and this was provided by the holiday rep

They have water stations dotted around the hotel, which is a great idea. You buy a recyclable bottle for €4 and you can fill it as many times as you like! Saves on buying lots of plastic bottles from supermarkets etc. Eco Friendly ?

Pool view rooms are good, if you want to watch the entertainment from your room. The entertainment is over by 11pm so no problem with noise, unless you go to bed early. Calypso 1 is the block with the restaurant, bars, etc. so I thought it the best choice

Beaches were nice and clean with bays suitable for children. Resort was busy for the time of the year, but many shops and pubs had started to close for business. Would not recommend for the half term break in October.

Salou and Cap Salou beaches were lovely. Close to everything you need. Local transport regular and cheap.

Resort is clean, not too busy so not too many things to do exept for a few British bars ( I did not go to Spain for them did I).

La pineda is much quieter than Salou, which is great. It is clean, the people are friendly the Aqua parc is very close and worth a visit. We liked it because of the mix of nationalities that were there.

My first all inclusive deal. The rooms have twins beds with 2 fold-up beds underneath for the 3&4 visitor if laid out in a row you would have very little space to move and would have no privicy.
Cupboard space is OK for 2 people. There are no tea making facilities in the room so if you want a cup bring your own kettle.
At night the hotel is noisey but that is not the hotel but people that could not care less about others. I feel that all inclusive deals may attract some people would just go to get constantly drunk?
The bar/lounge is downstairs, 21 in all, with a hand rail in the centre. If stairs a problem for you this is not a hotel you should go to. Access to the pool is via this bar/lounge.
The pool is small but there is a kids pool. The bar/lounge does slightly smell of vomit. I guess a good dose of disinfectant sparyed when closed would do it the word of good.
Poor acoustics make the unbearaable entertainment even worse you can't make out a word that is said. The beach is OK and not too far away. The room maids are Ok and clean the rooms/change the towels daily.

Cigarette buts on the paths in the road everywhere. Cafes were clean and the food was hot. Restaurants were ok too with British food on the menu dont know about entertainment but the fishing was very good.

We went to the beach at Pointente which was nearest to our hotel, it was very clean and plenty of sunbeds.
Also the new marina is very nice to take a stroll and a few nice tapas bars in this area.

Salou itself was very busy and sometimes the cleanliness of the beach suffered because of this
