The resort was clean. Entertainment was limited to hotels all of which offer a varied programme and are happy to welcome guests of other hotels.
The beach was covered in seaweed and not being used a very apologetic Tunisian explained that in a couple of weeks it would be cleaned daily, it was not hot enough yet!

All sections of the hotel were cleaned every day even though it was not the start of the holiday season in Tunisia.
Entertainment was a let down although they did have an english film channel in the rooms.
Beach was very clean.
We would definately visit this resort again.

The resort is clean, and feels very safe. The shops around the port are a bit repetitive, and you have to firm when saying NO. The boat trips are very good, though the best is the Catamaran, this is well worth a trip, but remember to haggle.

A great resort upmarket from the rest I think, but a great place to stay.

Resort not that bad. Port el Kantoui plenty of eating places around the marina.
Beach not very good but plenty of cheap water sports.

The resort of Pek is very much built with tourists in mind, a very pretty marina with lots of places to choose from to eat out. It appeared clean and tidy with plenty small shops to browse and haggle.
The beach was clean and we walked along it most every day there is some dried out seaweed but no litter when we were there. There was not a lot going on entertainment wise at the resort but you must bear in mind the time of year you go.
You will find Discos and night clubs if you look but it was a quiet time we went for.

Port El Kantaoui is a recently built marina with shops and cafes around the harbour. Unfortunately, it is plagued by those wishing to sell you everything from a stuffed camel to all the leather that you could wish for! - oh and gold.
They are very pushy. If you are not interested - keep walking, but it does get rather wearing.

The beach was five minutes from the hotel and was very small and cramped. None of the miles of unspoilt beaches in the brochures!!!!
There are plenty of yellow taxis which are very cheap although you must agree a price before you get in them. We were paying aprox. 2 pounds to get to Sousse which was excellent.
The cleanliness of the resort varied from very nice to like a bomb site, some lovely buildings mixed in with horrible buildings that looked as though they had been abandoned.
All in all the holiday was not bad but we would not go there again...

The resort was good with memories of early Spain. Beware the constant want of the locals to sell you something. It became very tiring and turned my wife off from shopping. Taxi's are very cheap and when buying anything go for a third of the first asking price.

There isn't an option to put n/a, as we didn't make use of any enertainment in PEK itself, just in the hotel and on the beach. We made use of water sports and my daughter went swimming in the sea. You got some rubbish washed up - the odd plastic bottle, but no worse than you get on beaches in UK, and it must be regularly cleaned being near the port. Of the seven days, two were too windy to swim or do sports, so be aware if going out of the main season.
