The entertainers were very good at their job and they definitely entertained me.
The food was well cooked and tasted good. The staff were very nice and said hello to you whenever you saw them.
The location was alright. I would definitely visit again.

Entertainment - It was very good but the best part about it was the actual entertainers they were very nice and funny. KiKi and his but dance was so funny. Imed was lovely. Mike loved saying 'my name is mike and I love my JOB.' They were all really good dancers especially Ghusto he was excellent!
Hotel Staff - They were very polite. And after a long flight and late arrival, staff gave our family a nice cold drink.
Food - It was delicious but needed a change.
All inclusive - I liked the idea of the identity cards rather than a wristband.
I would definitely come again Sahara beach is lovely!!..x I loved it so so much and I truly miss it while I'm back home!

The staff at the hotel are friendly enough and if asked will do anything they can to help but at the end of the day they do expect tipping even though it is all inclusive. The waiters for lunch and dinner are good but the waiters for breakfast are non existant.
I could go on and on, but essentially the hotel was good for such a large group of us and the people there were friendly but they did want your money, it was amazing how the speed or quality of service changed once they heard the rattle of a couple of dinar on their plate!! The food was surprisingly good for such a large hotel, the range of drinks was good and the pool snacks were good.

Give the cleaners their due, they try their best with what they have. The food in the restaurant is Ok, if you like warm food instaed of hot food, and don't mind not having much choice.
There is nothing for miles around other than beach and other hotels. The staff are all in all rude, other than a couple of the waiters and the cleaners who were just lovely. What we saw of the entertainment was pretty good for amateurs.
Would never in a million years venture back here....... unless I won the lottery and bought the hotel and a bulldozer.

- which all our party aquired !
My main gripe was and still is the attitude of most of the bar staff and chefs serving snacks outside, you can tell they have no concept of customer care !
Queing is another problem and what's with them stupid cards, wrist bands would be better.
Entertainment was probably great for young children but not my cup of tea, the piano bar ok but it needs a pianist.
I would not visit this hotel again, infact it has put me off Tunisia !

Entertainment - The 'entertainment' (and I use the term very loosely) was, in a word, terrible. At best it was hotel reps miming to songs from the Lion King and Grease. At worst it was a man lowering himself onto a bed of nails and a badly organised karaoke night with the worst backing tracks I have ever heard. Entertainment is a big issue that I am sure will put a lot of people off returning to this hotel.
Food - The food was very good. Chips, Pancakes, Pasta and Pizza's are available at all meal times. Other lunch and evening meal dishes included green beans with garlic sauce, turkey escalopes, chicken, beef and yorkshire pudding, beefburgers, battered fish, steak and kidney and curry. Desserts included a variety of cakes, fruit, and ice cream. Once a week, there is a traditional tunisian night where a variety of tunisian dishes are served.
I must mention when speaking about food that the general standard of hygeine was shocking. Whilst staying at the hotel, we noticed on several occasions prongs being dropped onto the floor and then being placed straight back into the dinner trays.
Staff - The general attitude of a majority of the hotel staff was terrible. The bar staff made it seem as though it was too much trouble to get you a drink and to see a member of staff smile was a very rare occurence.
Bars - A big disappointment. I have never seen such sorry excuses for bars in any hotel I have ever stayed in previous to the Sahara Beach. If you expect soft drinks to be on tap then you will be as surprised as I was when the staff started to pour drinks out of large plastic bottles. This meant that the drinks were warm and required ice, which at times you also had to ask for.
Queues - If you do not like queuing for food/drink then I advise you not to stay at this hotel. I got the distinct feeling that some nationalities had never heard of a queue before as they either queued the wrong way, or did not queue at all and pushed their way in at the front! To put it nicely, this was very aggravating.
Lifts - Be very careful of the lifts if you decide to stay at this hotel. They can be very quick to shut and are dangerous for young children and the elderley.
Overall - I very much doubt that we will be staying at this hotel again. Miserable staff and poor entertainment were the two main factors that have put us off a return visit.

There are ariel points in the rooms, but no TV's.
The rooms are cleaned daily, however the level of noise is ridiculous, starting earlier than 7am, it was like trying to sleep through a house move each morning!!! with the banging and scraping of furniture above me and the cleaner singing and hoovering in the corridor clearly wanting to wake us up at silly 'o' clock!. I am fairly noise tollerant being a nursery nurse, but this drove me mad and i'm really tired. I also had noisy neighbours who crashed into my door in the early hours, being in a single room, this was not very nice. A lot of guests were inconsiderate and rude.
The food at the hotel is plentiful and I would say it is well varied and i'm fascinated with how the table system works with so many guests- you are allocated a table for the duration of your stay. Our waiter Mohammed, was fantastic, he was the only member of staff who was genuine and consistent in his being friendly. I and my mum got a stomach bug whilst at this hotel, mine lasted a few days, however my mum has had hers for a week and it's still persisting. This is not surprising due to the hygiene in the restaurant- flies, dropped prongs being put back and not wiped and staff sneezing over and handling food. Oh, and birds flying around.
The hotel location is not good/ if you want Bulins in the sun it would be ok, but even Butlins has decent entertainment. I did karaoke one night and it was really badly organised. Other nights entertainment was mimed, there are no professional entertainers.
The beach is clean and my family liked the galleon, this is not on the all inclusive. The waiter on the galleon was fine while we were tipping him- he told us to go and see him in the Skanes bar when he moved inside and he was rude, banged my cards down and gave me a glass covered in lipstick, yuck! to make it more yuck, I initially didn't realise.
Going down for meals it is like being part of a heard of cattle through the smokey hot corridors. The hotel is generally smokey- this is not something that would usually bother me, but it did here. There is nowhere to walk out to after the evening meal there was nothing to do unless you have young children and want to sit amongst banging music amongst loads of chairs and drink warm drinks in plastic cups.
The alcohol left a lot to be desired, it's too limited/ not varied. No Malibu, Tia Maria, etc, the Bacardi is undrinkable, i've never had such a poor choice of drinks. The red wine was ok and boukha's drinkable, I wouldn't say much else is though.
We tipped most of the staff, however the staff are so rude and their behaviour is tip dependent, whilst I dont mind tipping, I do mind when that is all they are interested in and they still treat guests badly.
If you want a sunbed you need to be downstairs for around 7am. The swimming pools are nice. I tried to get a sunbed most days.
I had my flip flops stolen off the beach whilst I was in the sea, I then saw an English girl wearing them when she was in the beach showers with her family. They were 50p, but I ended up having to pay

The hotel is only a 10 minute drive from the airport, so the transfer on arrival and departure was easy. Once at the hotel, you are not aware of being so close to the airport, and it doesn't cause any problems.
The hotel was always kept clean, and we found all of the staff to be friendly and welcoming. They are especially good with the children!
There are four swimming pools (3 outside, one indoors), and all are fabulous. The sports facilities (tennis, mini-golf, table tennis etc) were all covered by the all-inclusive deal. The only thing not included was the Kids Club. They charged 10 Dinars (about

The staff were all very friendly and very good with the kids, our waiter kemal was very good nothing was any trouble.
The hotel was clean with the rooms being done daily. The hotel has everything you need 4 pools one indoors and you are right on the beach.
The food was always very good there was plenty of choice I would go back but not in the height of season as it was starting to get really busy before we left.
Great holiday had by all.
