Have to try Tommy's bar (2 minutes over the road) - fantastic food and service - Also Meryhem (a 10 minute walk towards square) is absolutely the best if you like local cuisine - try the mixed meze starter - WoW!

Plenty of lovely restaurants close by, and depending if you like Boom Boom bars or places for a chill drink, everything is on your doorstep, but doesn't interfere with your sleep.

Icmeler is a lovely resort and all the turks are very pleasant and helpful.
The shops are nice to look round and the nightlife is very enjoyable. Most of the bars quieten down at 12pm but are still open until fairly late.
I strongly advise anyone who is planning on visiting Turkey to consider staying in the wonderful resort of Icmeler.

Icmeler is lovely and I have been there twice before and I have already booked for September (2 weeks all inc at Galleria Park). I would recommend this resort to either families or older couples as there is not much night life, but a lot of bars and lovely quiet restaurants. Most places close around midnight in Icmeler but if you want more nightlife the nearby Marmaris offers it all. If you like shopping then this is paradise, also the weekly market on Wednesdays is great to pick up a bargain. But a hint is to take English £5 notes as they go a lot further on the market. Another thing I would recommend is the drag act at Marmaris, Talk of the Town. This is a great night that cannot be missed, we went twice in the fortnight we were there. For the show and a light meal (chicken and chips) it cost approximately £18 each, but I must admit it was truly worth it.

Have gone to Icmeler for the last 7 years now. It is a wonderful, relaxing and fun resort.

Icmeler is amazing weve been to a lot of places but since trying icmeler we wouldnt go anywere else. The resort is beautiful. the entertainment is great you can not meet nicer people than the turks. they go out there way to keep you entertained and work long hours. The beach is nice too were not really beach people though prefer lying at pool going excursions or shopping, cant wait to go back next year...

If anyone is going into town to eat out, the best restaurant has to be the Love Boat, the food is amazing! There is also a lot of restaurants that provide entertainment usually startin around 9/10 unitl midnight. The best bar i would say to go to is Dreamboys, the music, dancers and staff are great!!

We loved "Friends" restaurant and made many new friends. Also liked the "Lighthouse" they did a gorgeous meal... but loads of places to chose from.
Icemeler itself is a beautiful resort and I would defintely return!

An ideal resort if you pick a good property and best to go b&b as all inclusive not great deal when you can eat out at such cheap prices
