Have to try Tommy's bar (2 minutes over the road) - fantastic food and service - Also Meryhem (a 10 minute walk towards square) is absolutely the best if you like local cuisine - try the mixed meze starter - WoW!

Plenty of lovely restaurants close by, and depending if you like Boom Boom bars or places for a chill drink, everything is on your doorstep, but doesn't interfere with your sleep.

Icmeler is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. you never see rubish on the streets, the people are fantasic and I loved every minute of my time there and am looking forward to going back.the food is fantasic and you don't get flies flying round your plate and the lack of mozzies is amazing.

Icmeler is superb with a well balanced approach to its visitors. Dreamboys on the canal was our most favuorite eating establishment. However it is not for the head-banging brigade, but they can always go into Marmaris where things are more hectic. Its popularity is shown by the number of visitors that retrun year upon year. We have met some that have been going for the last 10 to 15 years. This was our third visit and cannot wait to go again

7th visit to Icmeler
Totally relaxing and beautifull resort.
Fabulous bars and resturants, bon jour, moonlight lighthouse, Set, are just some of the best.

The beach was beautiful, it was clean, the sunbeds were great and plentiful. There were lots of places to eat, although it is expensive but if there is a group of you the restuarants will do you a deal to eat at their restuarant eg.. free wine, coffee, brandy etc.. We would stay here again.

Probably wouldnt go again, there are loads of other places we prefer in the world:-). It's just not for us, we don't like crowded ranks of parasols/loungers on the beach.
Plenty of not-very-Turkish restaurants, fair food, but I think Turkish seaside resorts have sold out to the 60s Benidorm ethos. It's fine if you want Britain-with-sun, but I think the Turks are going to have to raise their game if they come into the EC.
Tragic really.

we loved icemeler and have already booked for next year. everyone is really friendly and the men are tasty. there is lots of bars and resteraunts. wonderboys and harmonys are a great night out. for great service and lovely food visit jimmys.

Icmeler is a clean resort entertainment is good but if you are 18 only 1 night club [we are in are 60s].
Beach is not so good this year to much shingle has been put on this year.

icmeler is a fabulous resort, plenty of entertainment for all ages. go and see the drag show next to the karrioki bar on the beach,crude but brillient. meals still cheap, drinks expensive even tea and coffee. coke £1.50. not as much hassle as marmaras. fifth time in turkey first in icmeler definately going back next year.

Had a brilliant time yet again, so good to see all the Turkish friends we have made in the last 5 years, who are so kind and welcoming.
Its like visiting family and always reduces me to tears when we visit to say our final goodbyes.
Visited lots of different places this time as we travelled with friends.

Resort cant be faulted. Fantastic places to go and even better trips. Everyone should go on the trip for £10 per person where you go on the boat and visit turtle beach. rock tombs, and mud baths, plus lunch inc, fab.
People very friendly and they dont hassle you like they do in Marmaris.Beach very sharp and rocky but lovely views.Spain is a NO, NO from now on we are stuck on Turkey from now on but only Icmeler, it cant be faulted.
Dont forget the Turkish baths, parasailing,boat trips, horse safari, and quad safari. Did them all but now back home... worse luck. Cant wait until next year.
