Have to try Tommy's bar (2 minutes over the road) - fantastic food and service - Also Meryhem (a 10 minute walk towards square) is absolutely the best if you like local cuisine - try the mixed meze starter - WoW!

Plenty of lovely restaurants close by, and depending if you like Boom Boom bars or places for a chill drink, everything is on your doorstep, but doesn't interfere with your sleep.

Kept very clean and gardens well looked after. Plenty of night time activity, dance bars, shows, nightclubs nearby in Marmaris. Beach ok, a bit overcrowded in parts. Plenty of boat trips worth going on. I will visit again and again and again.

The Grand Aquarium is a very nice hotel and very clean. the rooms are cleaned everyday!!!
The hotel people were very friendly icmeler was surounded by beautiful mountains. The hotel was in the old village but it wasnt so far from Icmeler town the beach was edible and the Turkish people were just very friendly.
This was the first time I had been to turkey and I would certainly go again in all the holidays I've been this rules. Out of the rest of them this is certainly the best!! I give it the thumbs up!!

Icmeler is a wonderful location - much better, cleaner and quieter the Marmaris. The beach is gritty but the sea is fabulous. The evening entertainment is poor, only the Harmany Bar at the end of the front could be recommended with the amazing Stella Show (we went twice!) Great food, great people

The resort was good and friendly although the waiters at the other bars were too much 'in your face'. They were hard to avoid and tried to force you into eating in their restaurants. We didn't find it noisy at night even though we were next to a karaoke bar.

Plenty of activity all day and night. Shops open early on a morning and close very late at night. Good variety of restaurants each with their own special meal deals. Friendly people everywhere. Very clean streets. Beach is a shingle beach but kept very clean. Market held once a week is busy but worth visiting.

Very clean area generally.
Many of the bars have entertainment provided by the energetic bar staff - dancing mainly, singing, jugling fire, break-dancers etc. They do try v hard to entertain.
Most of the beach area (not all) charges fixed prices for sunbed and loungers so they keep it very clean. Not nicest sand ever seen, but clean.

first time in Icmeler/Turkey
Icmeler is not as quiet as i thought could be the reason that we were in central location
lovely resort
you have to be careful in bars as they have billing system which you pay at the end and happy hour 22.00-23.00 which is in between drinking time so be very careful as we got over charged in alinda/amila bar!!!

turkey is not as cheap as people think or make out as it is commercialised too much especially in cenrtral areas
you just have to be careful!!!

Fantastic resort. Everyone is so friendly and remebers you year after year. Best restaurants are Venice, 3 BELLS, lighthouse,Bistro(old village) and Efes Inn( had a lovely peppered steak).
Going back for 5th time next year but will be staying on the front
