Have to try Tommy's bar (2 minutes over the road) - fantastic food and service - Also Meryhem (a 10 minute walk towards square) is absolutely the best if you like local cuisine - try the mixed meze starter - WoW!

Plenty of lovely restaurants close by, and depending if you like Boom Boom bars or places for a chill drink, everything is on your doorstep, but doesn't interfere with your sleep.

This was our first visit to Turkey, we stayed two glorious weeks in the resort of Icmeler.
In the main town centre there are numerous restaraunts that you can eat and drink in. Two of our favourite restaraunts were the Set and the Moonlight. The food is delicious and the staff always very friendly.
Another favourite restaraunt in the old part of Icmeler, which we would recommend is the Stonehouse, you will always recieve a friendly welcome from Ahmet. Try the apple pie!! delicious.
On the beachfront, you will find many boat to take you on excersions. Try the jeep safari, you'll have great fun, be prepared to get wet!!

Pretty quiet but plenty of shops and restaurants to visit. The only downside was the hassle from the waiters to get you in. However they were not aggresive.
We ate in many different restaurants and didn't have a bad meal anywhere.

Icmeler is a lovely resort... not too big but still with plenty to do. The bay is very picturesque and swimming in the sea is safe. We had a lovely time and restaurant reps were not too pushy. We love this place and will probably holiday there again in the future. A beautiful part of the world.

Icmeler is a really nice place to visit. We are going to re-book for next year and have been going now for the last 2 years.
It is really worth a visit and you can always go across to Rhodes Town, Greece on the hydro foil to take in another country.

When we arvived at icmeler we walked around the resort at dinner time and the place looked as if it was going to be boring but by 9pm there was lots of lights and it was lively enough!
The people in the bars and restaurants are friendly and treat you well!
I will deffinatley be visting ichmeler again next year made some great Turkish friends! Top resort!!!

I went in to town probaly every other night with the girl as was with and many of people we met their every night was a night to remember they have some great club if your into that sort of thing and they have some lovely restaurants aswell.
I never personally went to the beach but every one who went said it was beautiful. The market on a wednesday is absoulutley fantastic if you like a good bargain, they love to barter!!
All in all a brilliant holiday I would recommend this place time and time again!!!!!

We stayed in the grand aquarium and it was the best holiday we have ever had the staff are wonderful and would recommend this complex to others and we will defiently be back.

Eating, drinking, sunbathing, excellent, entertainment consisted of young male bar staff strutting there stuff to music which after one or two tracks quickley becomes boring...

The resort was very clean and well maintained everyday.
The staff were the most friedly people we have ever met the beach was a bit of a walk but well worth it when you get there.
