Have to try Tommy's bar (2 minutes over the road) - fantastic food and service - Also Meryhem (a 10 minute walk towards square) is absolutely the best if you like local cuisine - try the mixed meze starter - WoW!

Plenty of lovely restaurants close by, and depending if you like Boom Boom bars or places for a chill drink, everything is on your doorstep, but doesn't interfere with your sleep.

Icmeler is one of the smaller resorts but very beautiful. Clean quiet beach lots of entertainment.
The people are friendly and kind nothing is to much trouble and the food is great I will be returning next year.

We have stayed in Icemeler for the last 5 years. We find the people extremely friendly and they do remember you from previous holidays. There is a good selection of restaurants and bars and your holiday can be either quiet or as lively as you want it to be.

The resort was clean and everyone was very friendly. They treated our sons (14 & 12) with the same respect that they showed the adults and had a laugh with us all. You do get hassled a lot to eat in the restaurants and to buy from the stalls and the shops but hey, they need to earn a living. We only went to the beach once as it was packed. The scenery is beautiful. Boat trips etc can be booked on the beach front and around the resort. All in all we had a great holiday and would go again.

Unfortunately didn't see very much of Icmeler as we were so disappointed with the hotel that it tainted our view. In the couple of nights we did stay we found some nice restaurants and the shopping looked good. Moved after 2 days to Marmaris which is very lively but after our first 2 years in Olu Deniz it did not really compare scenary wise.

The resort we stayed in was cleaned every day it was spotless.
The beach was not far from the resort where you could lay and relax, but we found everything we needed at the resort.
We would definitely go back we have already booked up for next year that will be the fourth time we have been to that resort.

As disabled travellers and I use a wheelchair going abroad is quite daunting but I won't give in. 'But icmeler is very very disabled friendly, flat and very accessable. Indeed this year I noticed more people in wheelchairs than ever, word must be getting around!
People there are courteous and helpful at all times and if there is an obstacle don't worry they will move it some how, they won't scratch their heads and leave you stranded or look at you as if you just arrived from another planet, nothing is too much trouble it's paradise that's the only word for it.

Icemeler is wonderful, plently of bars and restaurant for a great meal try Sett.
The Majestic on the canal is a great place for food, drink and entertainment the staff there really go out their way to make you welcome

Icemeler is very laid back compared to Marmaris a couple of miles away,but it's very upmarket & huge choice of restaurants makes for tasty eating out.

Already booked to go to Icmeler again this year. Very nice place, very quiet - which is precisely what we wanted.
Resort clean as the road sweeper start very early in the morning - just after the first call to prayers.
