The food in the hotel restaurant was 1st class despite some complaints of lack of choice for children, the final say is reserved for the entertainment staff who worked tirelessley all week day and night, we will be visiting again!

After reading some of the reviews about this place we were slighly worried but I'm sure people must have been referring to the Blue Bays Hotel/Apartments that were situated next door because this place was fantastic!
The food was brilliant, plenty of variety - roast chicken, beef stew, pizza, mixed vegetables, mash potato (to die for!), chips, rice, fresh salad etc - never had a day when we didn't look forward to our next meal! At breakfast there was a variety of cereals, plus sausage (hot dog type), beans & fried egg, fresh meats, cheese and bread or the Chef was more than happy to do us a cheese omelette. Different variety of food everyday.
Lager at the pool bar was OK and much weaker than the lager served at the reception bar (which was definately stronger, white wine was awful and tasted like sherry but the red wine was nice. Vodka and other local alcohol was good. Coke, Sprite and other soft drinks were good - kids never complained.
Our rooms were cleaned daily except for Sunday (their day off), clean towels and the beds were made (blankets were made into a fan shape) every day!
The hotel was extremely clean - you would always see someone cleaning and polishing! The hotel reception staff were very helpful and the bar staff were extremely friendly and very nice. As for the Entertainers (Ali, Can, Kadir, Gino), well what can I say, they were FANTASTIC! They kept us all entertained throughout the day and night. During the day there was darts, water polo, aqua-aerobics and table tennis - never a dull moment! The staff appeared to love children which made us happy.
We would recommend having a Turkish bath at the hotel - the 6 of us all went in together for a sauna, steam, turkish bath (adults had a scrub & kids had a bubble bath) and jacuzzi - well worth the money and we ended up with great tans!
You get full use of the sauna & steam room, gym, indoor pool for free if you're all-inclusive.
The hotel is 2 mins walk to the beach front where there are free hotel sunbeds. The beach front outside the hotel is shingle and not sand but other parts of the beach are sandy. It was an hour walk into the centre of Marmaris where the Bazzar is situated - great for bargin hunting! There are loads of shops and restaurants in Marmaris spoilt for choice!
We would definately go back to this hotel and would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone. On the down side we had to go home!

Good location. right near the beach about a 2 min walk.
Food was not so good. Not alot of choice at all. 2/3 mains to chose from with sides of Rice/potatoes/veg etc
Salads/soups. Breakfast only open till 10am.
Food just didn't taste to great. More like 2/3* food NOT 4* at all.
pool area was nice, get there early to get a bed we got there about 9ish and manged to get one.If not could get one about 1-2 depending on how busy it was.
All inclusive drink are only open to 11.30pm to the dot!! we got there a minute before and they had to rush so they wouldn't charge us!lol
room was clean when we got there. cleaned room everyday. but only hoovered once in ten days
Indoor pool in nice also.although had to pay to use the jacuzzi even thou we were all inclusive!
people from the other hotel Blue Bay Hotel were allowed into the deluxe..and we could use theirs too.
Felt like was a bit of a rip off. we paid more to get the "deluxe" but had the same food as them and same drinks.we got Nothing extra.. and they could use our pool as there was always busier..
staff were mainly nice, they work long hours.
over all it was okay more lik a 3* and def not "deluxe"
Not too sure if i would go again.
maybe would if went Self catering.

Transfer arrangements were chaotic due to Qwerty Travel failing to inform resort of flight schedule changes, nevertheless we arrived at the resort and got home safely.

the staff in the hotel and entertainers are so friendly and full of life.
the food was fresh and nice food. i was expecting burgers, chips etc. it has nice fresh salad bars, turish desserts, chicken dishes, fish etc.
the rooms were cleaned daily. our room was very clean and tidy, we had no faults at all.
the beach front is 30seconds away (deluxe side)
and Marmaris harbour is about half hour walk.
which is a nice walk in evening., full of bars, clubs, resturants along the way.
hoping to go back next year with a group of friends and partner.

Just returned from Blue bays. Hotel is first class, rooms are very modden, claen and the hotel is smart and well equipped. Food is a no, not 5* morelike 2* and the all/i dricks are very limited. However we loved the stay made great friends.
I suggest to go next door to Friends for a drink & food, See George & Paul you will have a gr8 time
