The name all inclusive hardly exist at this hotel,if you want a drink in the bar you pay for it,go round to the pool bar and it is not worth drinking.
Food is the same nearly every day,if you like salad o.k.,the staff are o.k. but not very helpful.
Entertainment does not exist, I tried to watch Man city v Liverpool in the bar and the barman turned the sound off.
Access to the so called private beach is over an overgrown field, and when you get there it is dirty with cig butts and rubbish.
Needless to say I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and whoever awarded 5 stars is in dreamland.
I will never ever visit this hotel again, bed sheets were clean but torn and I was given a badly stained pillow with no pillocase.

I've just got back from a holiday with two of my friends. We are all girls aged 17-19 and we really really enjoyed it. Originally we were booked for the sister hotel next door but got upgraded as it had closed due to it being too quiet, so we did have higher stanards as it states it is a 5* spa. We weren't overly impressed by the downstairs pool or jacuzzi as it looked slightly run down but that might have been due to the fact it was out of season. We also only had one all inclusive drink as all that was available was vodka beer or wine of which none of us drink. The food on the other hand you couldn't really complain about as we never went hungry, but if you are a fussy eater it could be more difficult as not alot of choice, but again there wasn't many people and it was out of season. We couldn't complain about it as it is all we needed, somewhere to sleep, sunbath and get ready to go out, but for those of you looking to go and use the facilities I would recomend going in higher season when it might be more maintained. The location on the other hand was brilliant, we found this one bar called Ibrox bar which was a Scottish bar and fell in love with it! The staff there are amasing and really made our holiday, most of the reason we will be returning for longer next year! Every night we went there before walking down to Salt 'n' pepper, Bar X and Beach Club! Can't wait to go back!

My first time in Turkey it was great.........loved sunbathing with my 2 girls in front of the beautiful blue sea......
We had booked for 7 days at the Blue Bays Deluxe Spa hotel in Marmaris on 22.10.08.....
Our flight was with Thomas Fly and it took about 4hrs flying as Turkey is 2hrs forward from U.K. The 3 of us arrived at Dalaman Airport at about 11.30pm ,the weather was warm and humid......We had to find our operator who was waiting for us at a boxed office.
As we approached Marmaris we could see beautiful hills filled with green, trees, bushes -up in the hills. It was a steep hill but as we drove down the hill all you could see was the beautiful blue sea and lighted up villages which looked fantastic from the hill top.
It took about 2 hrs to get to Marmaris after dropping off- half minibus of people to different hotels.
It was 1.20am when we arrived at the Blue Bays Deluxe and 2 seconds from the beach....We booked in and my 2 girls were hungrey so I asked customer service if they had any sandwhiches or anything else to eat.......Was told nothing, was not even offered water........ which i was very cross about because it supossed to be a 5 star hotel.......so my children ended up eating biscutes from uk........at 1.30am.But I slept it off as we were on our holidays...
When we got into our rooms there was only 2 single beds,so my girls had to sleep on 1 bed and me on the other.
In the morning I realised after looking at my paper work that we were in the wrong room and we had been booked in as BB only.......so i went to reception to complain, then the we changed to another room and given our wrist bands.
The holiday was lovely ,but the hotel let us down as it seemed like a 3star hotel.. no entertainment for the adults or kids...1 day belly dancing which was fun in the evening..........no kids club........ but..we made most of our holiday went out everyday, out and about of hotel to the seafront.....lovely and relaxing.....sunbeds free provided by your hotel......if you take other sunbeds you have to buy drinks first.
Vey friendly operators called Ziggy and Jo-jo,if you need a trip/tour or want advice to the right direction he is so helpful.
boat trip very relaxing stopped at 3 different places 10.00 till 4.45 free meal x3 chicken and salad for

we stayed at this hotel for two weeks.first impressions when we arrived were not to bad and this is the only positive comment that i have.hotel cleanliness very bad, pool area especially never cleaned once in the first week.toilet area if you like walking in 2 inches deep in urine then go for it not my idea of fun.lift doors dont close nice and safe prefare to use the stairs.food in this hotel very poor had to eat out most nights even though we were all inclusive.bar staff very rude ok if you were a man, you could have 4 people in your party and they will only let you order 2 drinks.entertainment sorry but no same songs every night they did try but no good.
if you have no standards stay at this hotel otherwise aviod it.

after a long and tiring journey we were greeted by our holiday rep, to be informed that our room at the deluxe blue bays hotel was not available. therefore we had to spend four nights at the standard blue bay hotel when we had paid for five star accomadation. bearing in mind we were only staying for one week so had only two nights in the deluxe blue bays hotel.

this caused us most inconvience as we had to pack and unpack our suitcases a number of times, causing unwanted stress and frustration. Both rooms we had were very poor. for example there was very little space for three people to share the one room and very little wardrobe space, resulting in us living out of our suticases all holiday.

the food was was not what you would call five star quality resulting in us chosing to eat out in the resort most evenings.

the entertainment was catered for the large group of russians that were staying at the hotel. most of the music was in russian and we couldnt understand it. however the hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, there was never a problem with any of the staff they all work extremly hard.

overall the best thing we liked about the blue bays deluxe was the spa treatments which were well worth the extra money. also the turkish baths were excellent i would fully recommend them.

had a good holiday and bad reviews i have read on other sites are not justified.
stayed all inclusive
the rooms are great or the one we had was a family room which had a living room, double dedroom, twin single bed room bath room, with great shower and hair dryer for the ladies, in the room was great air conditioning a fridge, tv and balconly.
the food well this is what was wrong with hotel , fine for some body who will eat most things like me well cooked and tastes great, but like my children there realy wasn't anything for them chips only once a week. not a great lot of choice.
the swimming pool was fine its the same depth 5 foot the pool bar is the only all incluse bar which is fine plastic glasses but had no trouble getting a drink limited AI spirits , could drink all day
the hotel is liocated near the beach and to bars and restraunts

This was by far one of the best holiday we as a family have been on. The hotel itself is in good condition. The rooms we were put in were big enough for us. The hotel let itself down with its cleanliness. During our stay there was a bug going round, which led to my husband not leavig his hotel room for a few days. The hotel did act on this and disinfected this hotel and its sisters. There wasn't much range of food, but we never went hungry. With breakfast on till 10. Then lunch 12 till 2, and dinner at 7. During lunch and dinner there was a snack time, coffee and cakes and ice cream. The hotel was right next to the beach, also next to the watersports. On the beach front there are many great bars. The entertaiment was ok but mostly happend on the sister side. It had a show on every night followed by the mini-disco at 9. Then the main disco till late. They also orginised water sports and darts for the daytime. The hotel staff were extremely nice. Very laid back and always willing to help. Fabulous holiday, recomend for anyone. So good were going back next year.
