As a Uk travel agent I was disgusted with these apartments. When I contacted Thomas Cook I was advised that this was a family hotel. However, If you are travelling with children under 10 then this hotel is no good. There is a small park on site but I wouldnt advise using it.

The cooking facilities are a joke we had no knives and forks two very small cooking rings. Not self catering at all.

The room we was allocated was on the main road over looking some local flats and a parade of shops. Not to mention a huge hotel complex with music on till all hours. The road itself is extremely busy and is busy till 5 in the morning. The shops also stay open as the resort is 24 hrs. I would have taken the choice of air conditioning but it was

I was very disapointed about the accomadation, my daughter had a two year old child and was put in the attic, with no lift she had to carry the pushchair, child and other belongings up 52 steps to get to the room several times aday, when we complained the hotel staff were not helpful at all. the appartment beds were only changed twice in the fortnight we were there, I found the staff on a night very disrespectful, we asked for extra pillows and he chucked them at us. The pool area was really nice and so were the staff there, also the aussie bar was fantastic along with the staff in there. would not stay in these apartments again even though they are in a good place.

Stayed Kocer Club three times, already booked for 2009. Staff very friendly, apartments a bit dated but you get what you pay for and we find them excellent value for money. The location is absolutely superb. Although the rooms are dated the pool is probably one of the best and cleanest that we've used.

was our first time at kocer club and defo thinkin bout goin back next year!!! room was clean as cleaner was in every day and pool was great. the staff around the complex were very friendly and helpful whenever you needed them, the aussie bar across road was ideal and gary and the lads were brilliant to us from day one. i'd defo recommend kocer club to anyone who fancies hol in marmaris, worth every penny!!

Well what can I say? The staff are extremely rude. Only 2 nice people in the whole hotel which consists of one camera man and Alex (Reception staff overnight) Rooms were cleaned everyday, however toilet roll is not provided after first one!

Would certainly never go back!

We arived in the early hours in the morning, but the staff was all ready on hand to help. The room was very spacious, but the fold out bed was not very comfy for two, so we asked for a spare bed,and while we were out to do our shopping the bed was put up by the maid for us. We spent most of the days by the pool having fun with the guys, and it feels like they can not do enough for you.the cleaness of the hotel was very good,the food was ok and not to expencive. we went to the turkish night and that has got to be one of the best ones ive ever been to,ive been in marmaris 11 times over the last 4 yrs,and ive have to say that this is the best hotel ive ever stayed in. The only bad comment i can say is that there is no lift, and climbning the stairs when comming in in the early hours can be a bit ruff. hahaha
Will be back again later this year.

I was very impressed with the hotel. It was very clean, around the pool, reception etc, and so was our room. The pool was the biggest we saw around Marmaris, and there is plenty of sunbeds. We had a room on the top floor, there's no lifts, but it wasn't much trouble. One conplaint I did have was that the airconditioner was in the kitchen, and took ages to cool the bedroom down. Other than that, I have no complaints about the hotel. Staff were nice, pool bar food was good. They do play fairly loud music around the pool, which is fine with me but may not be for other people. The hotels location is excellent, 5 mins to beach front - loads of restaurants and bars.

me and my family have stayed in several hotels in turkey and the kocer is by far the best! The pool is the biggest in marmaris an also the cleanesed, no lifts in hotel but if in a top room one of the boys from the bar or reception will help you with your luggage, buggies etc up or down the stairs if you ask them. Maids are very polite and do a thourouh job everyday, even washing your dirty dishes for you!Pool and bar staff are great fun and chat to everyone. if you are travelling with childrn you know they are safe with plenty of shaded areas with a baby pool and small playground. We are now planning our fourth trip to the kocer and wouldnt stay anywhere else in marmaris.

Hotel staff are really friendly and brilliant with the children,rooms were cleaned everyday, nothing was too much trouble,and the layout around the pool area was great for the children.

Would definately visit these apartments again. We had attic rooms, which after reading other reports prior to going we were dreading it, but I have to say there was nothing wrong with them, they were smaller than the other rooms, but that was no big problem.

The only thing the complex would benefit from would be a lift other than that no complaints.

Just got back frm club kocer(marmaris), it was that gud we are already lookin to go back in october because we miss it all loads.

The food in the hotel was really nice and wasnt that expensive compared to england. As soon as you sat down at a table there was somebody there to take ur order.

The rooms were cleaned every day an the maids were dead polite when they came in if u were in ur room. We had roses in our room so they put a heart round them made out of a towl an put petals on it, which was really good.

The hotel was about 5mins away from the beach an the clubs which was brillant especially if it was a drunken nite.

All the shops were around us so we didn't have to walk far which was good because most days we were hungover!

There's not much entertainment at night except on a thursday which is there turkish nite.

As you first arrive the receptionist women is sooo friendly an polite an they have people waiting to take ur cases to ur room which is lovely.

All the bar staff are amazin, chris is jsut sooo friendly and sweet, sean is a babes and looks after you without asking, ricco may seem like he loves him self but really he is a big softy an loves to flirt, rococo is also the same but likes to talk over the mike to embarass you which is great lol.

All the staff love to dance round the pool and trust me they can dance. Sharleen is the only girl who works round the pool, she is from manchester and knows how to have a laugh, loves to talk to ya and likes to find out the gossip.

Then there's alex who works on reception at night, he is there to greet you with a smile no matter wat time it is in the morning and there is another lad but we dnt no his name but he was sooo sweet.

Club kocer has there own club (robinsons) which is on the beach front which is were u will find all the bar staff at night, that is a good place to start your nite off.

All the lovely people we met made it extremley hard to say goodbye becuase they made us feel at home. We just need october to hurry up so we can go and see everyone again.
