The rooms though large are extremely basic and ours was very dirty - we had to buy cleaning products from Gima to wash everything down. Room was on a very busy road right above the traffic lights so the noise was non stop right through the night - we asked to change room but staff were very unhelpful even though rooms were available - they couldn't be bothered!
The whole complex was tatty and dirty - grass was uncut and very run down not the place you would chose for a relaxing holiday. Tried to move hotel but they wanted another

Do not leave anything of value in rooms location great very clean reception staff. Not very communitive no entertainment of any sort have to find elsewhere.
Food good, round pool but very expensive. Not much in rooms for self catering which means we would definately not stay in this apartment ever again. Bad upsetting experience to me.

The staff can't do enough for you.
The room's are cleaned and fresh bedding/towels. I would advice to get the air con/d for the simple reason you will pass out without it!!!!! Whoever invented the air con/d wants a medal.
When round the pool, the waiter comes constantly and picks litter up, empty the ashtrays, ask if you are OK and would you like anything getting, its not ' in your face'.
The location is superb, you couldn't be any nearer the bars, restaurants, night clubs etc etc, ohh and the shops - warning ........... you get hassled a lot by the shop owners and the restaurant staff which was very very very annoying I have to say.... there are now posters up all over Marmaris saying 'no hassle' (it doesn't work with some !!!!)

The cleaners are angels they work really hard and have your room spotless everyday, clean towels everday and linen changed once in the week.
Bit annoyed that we only got one toilet roll for a family of 4 after that we had to buy our own!!
The entertainment was the different thing about this hotel, you had a bit of music round the pool but that was it...no reps ran any entertainment at nights not even a disco which was a bit of a let down but we managed without.
The Aussie bar accross the road is good, I have to say we went there every night and had our cocktails.
Our room was on the front of the hotel which yes it was noisy but with the doors closed it was fine.
You have to get the aircon

We didn't eat at the hotel as eating out is so cheap but heard that the food was nice but expensive.
The maids at these apartments work so hard and do a fantastic job. When we first arrived, the room was spotless and everyday when we returned to the room it was also spotless. We spoke to the maid quite a lot and became quite friendly with her. For 2 days we returned to the room to find that she had made lovely patterns with the sheets and even put fresh flowers on our bed. We asked our rep if this was normal and she said no. We put this down to her thinking we were on our honeymoon. (We wern't, we're just a cuddly couple) it looked beautiful and we felt very special.
The location of these apartments is absolutely fantastic, 5 min walk to the beach and all the nightlife, couldn't ask for more.
The staff here were amazing too, so polite and if we had a problem they fix it straight away. When we arrived there was no kettle so we asked for one and one was supplied straight away but that one didn't work so they got another one for us, then that one broke too but there were no quarrels on replacing it again, they never complained. The receptionist is very very polite too. Always says "Your Welcome".
I didn't see any of the entertainment in the apartments so i can't report on that. But there is a bar called The Aussie Bar next door and it is aparrently part of the kocer club. We went there every night and they cater for all ages. Great night out.
Overall, we absolutely loved staying here and cannot recommend thse apartments enough. The only downside is that you have to get a shower early because if you wait til about 9pm then the water will probably be only luke warm but it didn't bother us much because it cooled our sun burn (lol)
We stayed in an attic room and it was definitely big enough for the 2 of us.
Our balcony overlooked the main road. A few people on this site said it was too noisy but I didn't hear a thing and the view is great. You get to see all the hustle an bustle of marmaris, it's great.
While we were there we got to see all the celebrations when galatasary won an important final. And do the Turks know how to celebrate when it matters. They celebrated by letting off flares, pipping their horns and driving up and down the main road. This went on for about 4 and a half hours and i've got to say it pretty much blew me away. Everything happens on the main road and would definitely recommend a main road room.
The only bad thing about the room is the fact that it was on the 3rd floor and there is no lifts. But at least we got to work off those huge meals we ate, when we went back to the apartments (lol). I would definitely go back.
