The hotel was nice and clean couldn't fault the cleaners, the staff were all vey helpful.
Mesut became a good friend, Archie,Louis, Tommy, Danny and the rest were all very friendly too and couldnt do enough for you.
We ate alot at the hotel breakfast and evening meals were all lovely!!! A very big thanks to all the staff!!well enjoyed the midnight football match Turkey Vs England(6-2 to Turkey)what a laugh!!!!!
Also Archies midnight cruise(round the pool)!!

The Club Orient was brilliant!
The rooms were spotless! We had a really lovely time and so did the kids, they enjoyed daytimes at the pool witch was also spotless! One big disadvantage was one member of staff! He was over powering, when we arrived he was really nice and was just there to welcome but when we got friendly he seemed to get more pushy.
The other staff were brillant, getting the kids up to dance it was a real laugh!
Forgetting the disadvantage we will be returning hoping that someone will set him straight before our visit back to the Club Orient! I would recommend it to anyone!

The hotel was clean well appointed.
The hotel restaurant always begs you to eat there on the occasions we did the service was poor and the food was poor but they did try.
I found the location good but the hotel itself very noisy.
The hotel staff were friendly but just a bit too pushy when it comes to where you eat on a night.
Entertainment very predictable same thing every night i.e. the waiters dancing....yawn.
I would not go back to this hotel too noisy for us good if you have kids and spend all day in hotel drinking and eating.
Becareful of the very slippery poolside floor.
The electric in the hotel kept going off and not a lot of hot water but nice views from top floors of hotel balconies.

The hotel staff at this hotel try to get every penny they can out of you and to be honest it gets very very boring.
The hotel is very clean and the house keeping very good, however the waiters are very persistant wanting you to eat at the hotel every evening or drink there, it became a standing joke that we would sing the tune to the great escape when we returned home at night.
They try to rip you off at every oppertunity my son paid a 10 lira deposit for the pool table when my nephew gave the cues back the receptionist wouln't return the deposit, when I challenged him about it he told me he gave him it, when my nephew appeared I asked him in front of the receptionst if he gave him the money my nephew was adament he never.
They tried to charge one of my family

We stayed at Club Orient in May 2005. There were six adults and two children aged 11 and 12. The apts were clean and well situated and has a free pool table for the kids which was great and access to computers which was good.
The pool was very slippery I almost slipped over twice but the kids loved the slides in the pool. The apts were clean however I did have an item taken from my apt and I wasn't the only one.
Also be careful when changing up travellers chesques the girl on the desk did ours in euro not sterling and it wasnt until we changed up more money again that we realised this and we lost out on 80 lira about

Had a great holiday. The staff were really friendly and helpful but wanted you to eat in their restaurant all the time but so did all the other restaurants in the area. Karen from the Kids Club was excellent.
The pool area was slippery but O.K. when you wore footwear, would be much better if the pool was covered at night for young toddlers.
The Turkish Night was enjoyed by all.
Food was lovely, would recommend their special dish(flambe).
Hoping to go again in the near future.

Hotel was very clean at all times. Stayed here 2 weeks.
Staff were a bit pushy at first trying to get us to eat, but once you got used to them,they always made you feel welcome - very charming.
The food was execellent always had a good meal. Entertainment was great the first week,but second week was a repeat of first week. Archie and waiters were great with the children.
Yes we will be back in 2006. We are the Jennings family from Bridgwater in Somerset we were there May 2005.
Oh the only downfall was the flight with Onur airline it was disgusting some of us didnt have seatbelts but for

The food was nice but expensive and the staff tried to pursuade you to eat in when we would rather go out for a family meal just down the road.
The hotel location was close to little shops cafe's and restaraunts so if you needed to get something in a hurry you would be able to do that with the services nearby.
The hotel staff were rude, ignorant flirty and liked young girls.
The entertainement was ok but played the exact same music every night and the same dances every night. It must have been boring for the people who had to stay there for a fort-night.
However would will not be coming back to this hotel again and for the little girls out there be careful, the picture man asked my 14 year old daughter to come on the back of his moped with him, but she refused and he didnt like it. So be careful, but otherwise it was a great holiday we went out for boat trips nd stuff.

We stayed in the Orient, May last year and it was great.
Lovely clean apartments. Food was very nice, pool was great a bit slippy though so be careful my neice knocked 2 teeth out on the slide and spent 2 days in hospital that was the only down side of the whole week.
Boat trip was brilliant and really cheap, booked it with them. All the staff were lovely friendly people and very helpful. Turkey itself is fantastic, great value for money we would recommend you to stay here and will go back one day.
One of our favorite holidays and we have been all over on holidays in the past just take care with your children on the slide and round the pool.

Initial thoughts on arriving was that the hotel was clean and well appointed. We ate breakfast there and it was o.k. but if you venture out a bit into marmaris town there is much more variety for the same money and far better. worth a 40p bus ride.Or walk down the road to the red rose bar.Much better. One night was an elvis night but elvis left the building before singing a song because there was no audience. Don't go here for a quuiet holiday. Things didn't settle untill 3 or 4 in the morning and started again about 10.surrounded by busy roads on all sides.The bar staff were very "hands on" and it got a bit monotonous.For 5 of our 7 day stay the front door was 'out of order'.this was to make you walk past the pool so they could hassle you to eat in the restaurant.
