Well I read all of the reviews on this site two months before going and tried to cancel.

Im sure glad i could not. We have been on a First Choice all inclusive before, last year in Cyprus, and I have to say the entertainment was of the same standard, the same standard I would expect for a resort catering for families, and I for one and my family enjoyed what was put on.

The check in was very good, we arrived in the afternoon and was lead to waiting tables where we had to fill out our details, within five mins we were given our room number and bands and our luggage was delieverd within five mins to our room.

Room, ok large enough for us all but in my opinion not enough storage space, but hey, did not spend that much time there !. The complex is hugh, and great for kids, and I have to say that is one of the reasons we booked it.

It totally kept our children entertained. We have a little boy of seven and a girl of fourteen, and if you asked them they would tell you it is the best holiday they have had so far.

The mozzies were a slight problem, my husband seemed to attract them more than most, but persisted, I got bit a few times but the kids seemed to get away with it.

My only bone of contention with this complex was the food. I am a fussy eater in England, so what was my chances there ! My husband had a good meal every night, but I have to say, I think I lost weight on this holiday !. Would I visit again, yes I would but not next year .

This is a new complex, and lets face it we all knew this when we booked, so if you went with thoughts that it was going to be without a hitch, then you are and were very narrow minded.

We will return to this complex in a couple of years, and I think it will mature to a great family holiday resort. p.s make sure you do the beach party on a Thursday night, great scream.

Having read all the reports on this Holiday Village before setting off I can tell you we were concerned. I noticed the reports were generally improving before we left which makes me think most of the early problems encountered have now been sorted out.

We arrived at 4-30 am, checked in and was in our very large room with king size bed within 15 minutes. (Great start) A basket of fresh fruit, a bottle of wine and even Turkish delights were in the room for us.

In daylight we could see just how large this Holiday Village was. The pools were amazing, something to suit everyone. Somewhere especially suited to young toddlers which I thought was great. The larger pools had flumes and music.

The reps had games and entertainment going on around them if you wanted to join in. (They didn't push you )We joined in some and made some good holiday friends.

The site which has two Hotels was enormous and I'm not sure that we saw it all in the two weeks we were there.

The Food: Well I really wonder what some people eat at home because both my husband and I found something we enjoyed to eat at every meal. Breakfast was brilliant Large selection of cereals,Every type of cooked eggs, wonderful omelette's and pancakes, traditional beans, tomatoes and potatoes and a large selection of bread. Not forgetting the fresh fruit which I have to say was amazing and available all day. Our only complaint there was the toaster which took for ever to cook causing small queues.

Lunch; You could get snacks at the pool or visit the main restaurant for a large selection of salads and hot foods including chips.

Dinner included soup, a large selection of meats and fish plus pastas, vegetables, salads and bread. The puddings were in my mind irresistible.

Having read that there wasn't much choice of alcohol we decided to buy a couple of bottles at Gatwick airport to take with us but I don't think it was any worse than other all inclusives that we've been to. The beer tasted fine.

Cleanliness; The place was spotless. All cleaners in all areas worked so hard. Often they were cleaning up after people who just chose to leave rubbish all over the place even though there were plenty of bins. One morning there was also a mini Hurricane and they cleaned up so quickly some people did not know it had even happened apart from a few bits of roof missing.

Entertainment; The teams worked very hard. We watched several enjoyable shows. They also had professional acts brought in from the UK. (Hypnotist, Comedian and singers)
Excursions; We went on the Jeep Safari and Dalyan Mud bath trips. Both were absolutely great. The guides certainly make them enjoyable for all.

Mozzies; They appeared to be a problem for some but I went armed with everything to deter them and it worked because neither of us got bitten.

Beach; It was a bit windy on the beach but we had a great time Parasailing and I got some good photos of the resort from the air.

Sarigerme; It was approx 15 minutes walk from Hotel. There were more shops, restaurants and bars than I expected going by other reports. Sunday market was just the right size for my husband who hates shopping. There were enough stalls and they had a good variety of goods for you to barter for.

We hope to go back in a couple of years. The resort has been laid out very well and when the plants mature the whole place should look fantastic.

We have just returned from Pegasos Palace. The hotel itself is amazing.

The swimming pools and slides are great and they are not at all busy.

The hotel staff were great and seemed to have a lot of pride in their job.

The hotel is located right on a huge sandy beach but the Serigerme is small but has a great Sunday market. About

I too monitored this site from the day the hotel opened and did have my concerns, but after a pleasant two week stay can honestly say we had a lovely time.

I won't go on about food, cleanliness, entertainment and staff as I think these topics have been covered enough times in previous reports, however what I will list are a few handy hints which may assist your holiday.

We arrived back on Sunday morning about 12.30 after a good flight. We had a great time. The weather was hot some days too hot.

1 The food was good but after two weeks in a all inclusive you do get feed up with it, kids menu not very good not much variety but my kids got by OK.

2 The hotel is one of the cleanest I have ever seen, the maids are great we gave them a big tip when we left, they work really hard they never seemed to go home.

3 Hotel staff we nice and helpful as were the First Choice staff haven't got no complaints on them.

4 The pools well what can I say they are amazing best I have ever seen, my kids loved them. Kids club I can't comment on because we didn't use them our kids were to interested in the pools .

5 The location is in the middle of nowhere but it is very pretty the views are nice, not much to do out side the resort but we didn't mind as long as the kids were happy.

6 The entertainment for the kids at night was brill my little one who was three when we were there loved it, not very comfy in there though. My two older kids 7&12 loved the shows they put on at night there best one was Grease.

The kids meet loads of friends and were sad to say goodbye to them ,but they got phone number so they can keep in touch.

YES I would go back again we all loved it there the hotel is very beautiful got to start saving for next year now.

For anybody who are about to go have a great time and have fun.

We were very worried about this hotel before we went even tryed to cancel I'm so glad we didn't.

Now when we arrived are luggage was taken to our rooms for us then we had fresh fruit and wine delivered. The room was a little on the small side for a family of five but who stays in their rooms. The rooms were spotless our maid was friendly and would do anything to help.

The food well we go all inclusive every year so roughly knew what to expect there is plently to choice from fresh salad and in the mormings freshly cooked omlettes some nights the food was a little cold but there is a microwave. The pizas that are cooked in the daytime by the pool bar are lovely.

The hotel was in the middle of nowhere just a small town which is really friendly and you can grab a bargain. Go to the shop at the top of the town if you run out of anything and not the shop in the hotel we got some pringles for 2lira and the hotel shop wanted 6 lira and toothpaste was 1.5 lira and in the hotel was 8 lira.

Water beds were expensive. I think the shop in the hotel change the prices day by day so be careful.

The hotel staff were great I found them all nice no problems even got a late drink some nights bacardi and vodka and tia maria yes all English.

The entertainment was good. Beach party was great kids loved the foam and fireworks and they bring the bar down on the beach lots of other entertainment going on round the complex. The kids clubs were brillant best Ive ever seen the kids will not get bored with the clubs and pools and sliders lots to do.

I would definitely go back again some day.

Whose going to Pay? This hotel would be ok for those who do not like service.

It is clean, however if you want to spend your time chasing to clean your room, chasing to sort things out in your room this is the place for you.

It would be ok for those who like to queue for everything. The food is awful, cheap food and you can tell it is.

The hotel hairdresser and shop are a complete rip off. 16 pounds for a six year old boys haircut and 9 pounds for a box of pringles, bag of sweets and biscuits.

Hotel is sprayed only once a month for mozzies. Do you not think as they are everywhere this should be done everyday?Whose saving money?

This hotel will not improve in a few years time as the fixtures and fittings are of poor quality.(They will break and not get fixed over time)

Depending on how much you pay to this hotel. I would say it is worth 200 per person for a week (all inclusive)including flight. No way is this a four star hotel. I would say Butlins in the sun rating as two star in 2 years time.

We arrived at the hotel about 6.30pm on a Monday evening, the check in was a little confusing we were told to go wait in a crowded bar area and they would come and give us forms to fill in etc, it took longer than expected but other than that no problems by the time we found our room the bell boy was knocking on the door with the cases which was good.

We went for our first meal and my 3 year old daughter was a little daunted as there were loads of people in the outside restaurant where we were and was dark, at least you could not see what you were eating.

Food ; first few days we tried the pool side bar but that was pretty poor so then we went to the resturants one inside and one out, i must say that were about 3 occasions in the 2 weeks that i enjoyed the meal other times it was pretty poor. Not sure if it has always been like this but the mozzies were so bad sometimes no one was sitting outside so the indoor area was rammed, we often had out plate taken away from under our noses.

Mozzies: First week only one bite each and i was well pleased, but the second week i lost cound and they were all the size of golf balls or bigger 'no joke' i had some infected ones but all the doctor gave me was antihistamine tablets, which did help, but i did not see one person without bites we went through 3 bottles of the mozzie spray and had 3 plugs in the rooms, luckily the kids never got touched, thankgod as if they got them like we did it would of been horrible.

Hotel: is a lovely hotel and looks great the maids clean the rooms every day and give you new towels, on last day they put towel with flowers displayed in pattern on our bed and my daughters.

Waiters: felt a little dodgy as one took a photo of my little boy on his mobile one evening while my husband and i were getting them food.

Pools: excellent we never had a problem with beds infact i think it was pretty quiet but they still said all the rooms were booked up, towels were a problem, we had our own taken one day from reception so we relied on the hotels blue towels some days we had to keep them incase we did not get them the following day. Never saw any mattresses for the beds up for grabs but some people did have them.

Our last day we had a horrible storm and the downstairs foyer flooded which was pretty funny, they should have designed the slope going away from the hotel reception not running down to it.

We had to go to the doctor on 2 occasions as the kids ogt a chest infection, she was very good but had to keep them out of the pool and sun for a few days, other than swimming, sunbathing or kids clubs there was not much more for the to do, they could do with a park,

All in all it was a good holiday, would not go back well maybe in about 10 years.

We arrived at the hotel in the early hours and after a couple of hours sleep we went for the usual walk round to get our bearings.

We were amazed at the size of the two hotels and the layout and design were superb. It is unbelievable that the hotels had only been opened for such a short time. As with any new house/hotel there are bound to be teething problems which should be taken into account when visiting, fortunately we had no such problems.

The staff were very hardworking and friendly and considering the hours they work you'd be hard put to criticise them in any way.

We were totally aware that this was a family hotel but still we found quiet places (especially the beach) during the day to relax. Evenings we felt could be improved by having an adults only area as there was no escape from children - don't get us wrong we love kids and the problems really seem to be the parents over relaxing and allowing their kids to do whatever and the children getting over tired.

All in all we had a super time for the two weeks we were there and will revisit in a couple years to see how the place has developed.

The hotel complex is excellent , you can choose from both hotel pools to visit both were very good and also clean , hotel room was lovely jaquzzi suite is jaquzzi bath bit misleading but still very nice , spacious and all air conditioned .

Hotel bars were efficient there were queues at times but barstaff got to know orders of groups so got them ready for you in time.

The food was ok , buffet style everynight had lots of choice , depending on what time you went to eat as to how hot it was! The food was good in both hotels chicken curry and omletes in morning nice.

The location of hotel is good not that far away from little local town and only 5 lira in a taxi, market on a sunday very good. The entertainment was good lots of variety for kids , quizs and karoke!

Not really anything for 18-20s no disco, nightclub was very small and no-one in it.I would visit the hotel again with children, the kids club looked great and very funny to watch.
