Hi I've just checked on the hotel reviews board and it says there is a new review for the Conrad but when I opened it up the last one on there is old?? Can anyone please help?

Ohh and you know what I got all excited when I thought there was a new review for me to read! I go next Thursday and cannot wait, so excited! 2nd time to Sharm but 1st to the Conrad. I will be sure to post a review when I return. 
some reviews said you can only enter the sea via the jetty - but then some people have said you can walk into the sea from the beach???? help - can you go straight in from the beach?
Quite right as explained in previous post.
What I can state is that the best thing I did is jump in the water from the jetty then drift with mask and snorkel(the current was always taking you) to the next jetty(belonging to resort next door, cannot remember the name). Weight it up for yourself. but I saw the best fish and coral this way.

Please can you tell me if there is a dress code for men in the restaurant? Will my boyf need to take shoes or are flip flops/trainers acceptable? Will he need to wear jeans or would shorts be ok? Many thanks!

Unless the situation has changed since I was there last year, jeans and trainers will be fine in the evening, and shorts and flip flops fine in the morning/lunch time.

But not swimming shorts. I did actually get turfed out in the evening so they do enforce the dress code, to the extent they gave me a pair of trousers so that I wouldn't do it again. Still not heard back from First choice re left luggage so make sure you spread your clothes about.

Sorry Hempo, I have to correct you there or First Choice will get upset.
Our case was NOT lost, First Choice knew where it was all the time, it was in London.
And you are correct in that it was not a First Choice problem, it was mine.
I know all this because the First Choice Hotel reps' supervisor made the statement to that effect in front of witnesses.
The hotel Staff were all great, the food was good but we were at a quiet time. The beach was good. Have no doubts you WILL have a good time.

as an all inclusive guest can you eat outside if tables availble?
