In response to Snowyboy, there are 2 kids travelling as well so I presume they have the option of 15kg?
A bit confused about not being able to check in online if I have hold bags as when I booked I had the option of online check and hold baggage? Is this right or am I getting confused
Looks like they change the booking since I last booked I would think if you add another bag for one of you kids you will have the same options as before 1 bag + bookin online.
Sorry to confuse you thats all Ryanair do, we traveled last week with them they are OK don't waste money on Priority boarding just get to the gate in good time, you will nearly always get seats togeather.
Thanks for the help snowyboy.

Got to disagree.....for the sake of £3 it takes a huge amount of stress out of the whole seating scrum on the plane. Most people don't pay the extra so I've never encountered a scrum with priority boarding. If there's a few of you and don't all want to pay, then pay for one seat on PB and let that person get all your seats....simples as the Meerkat would say
That is not good advice to suggest that one person pays for PB and then 'saves' the seats for others in the group. This is exactly the kind of behaviour that annoys other passengers.
I agree Pippa. I also believe that Ryanair have cottoned on to this and are extra vigilant at ensuring people don't do it.
I also strongly agree with Pippa and Louise, I am sure that Ryanair will not allow passengers to reserve seats for others in a ploy to deny them the revenue which is so important to them.
With a company as profit orientated as Ryanair, I am sure they would be on to this like a shot. I would imagine their cabin crewe are already extremely alert to this type of practice and would act to stop it happening. Not a good start to anybodys holiday. Poor advice really.
My daughter travels with Ryanair this week and is taking her 18 month old son with her. I know they will have to sit in specific seats where there are 4 oxygen masks rather than 3 for the row.
Does Ryanair 'save' these seats for them or give them priority boarding to make sure they get them ?
Thanks
John.
All rows have an extra mask these days (assuming Ryanair didn't skimp on this!) so it shouldn't matter where you are seated.
Darren
As long as you have 4 x £1 coins to pay for the oxygen when the masks come down
and remember that if you try to pay by anything other than cash or an Electron card when those oxygen masks deploy you will also pay a £2.75 supplement.
I wonder if they get a discount on their landing fees by not using the actual runway
It seems all it well and the aicraft had a perfectly safe landing albeit in the wrong place!!!

On the matter of the seats, we have had many arguments with other passengers on easyjet flights that pay for one person to go on board, they then went and reserved the seats that had the extra leg room near the emergency door, the stewards on the plane knew what we were arguing about but did not take any notice and didnt get involved in the matter. this was last May.

We'll obviously have to wait until official investigation reports are produced, but this is still a very serious incident and should not happen. The taxiway may have been wide, but it won't have had runway approach lights or markings on which is normally a sign of something is wrong. Air trafic control should have realised what was going on too. This could have resulted in a serious incident and it's not the first time it's happened.

just booked flights to reus, good price, I thought, then when I have paid the total is £20 more???? £20 for paying by debit card......What is that about I know you pay a premium when you pay by credit card but thought debit was usually free. What a ninny am I
doh! what airport are you flying from?
stansted. I have just read through some previous posts, which state about the charges. Oh well at least they were a good price....to start out with anyway.

NOT poor advice, a reality unfortunately.
I'd like to see everyone who moaned about this argue with a group of Stags or Hens It happens on every Ryanair flight I take (weekly) and the crew couldn't care less for your information, I've seen it happen on numerous occasions.
Getting back to the priority boarding issue....as I travel on a weekly basis with them (alone I hasten to add) it's worth the extra to get a seat at the front of the plane for the sake of the small fee.
