Sorry not got time to take Deal or No deal is just starting
. Weigh day today and lost a big fat ZERO despite attending the gym 3 times and doing 3 very long power walks aswell. Also ate sensibly and only had 2 glasses of vino on Sunday along with my dinner. I'm at the end of my tether and fast running out of time to lose 16lbs. I mean what else can a gal do

- as Sarah says its probably because of fat turning to muscle, hopefully you'll notice the difference with clothes feeling looser
. I went to the gym for the first time last night and actually quite enjoyed it, going again tonight, just hoping it has some effect!

Hi to all my "summer dieting buddies"!! Have just finished 3 12hour shifts so thats why I've been quiet. Was anyone worried I'd sunk into a deep depression after not losing losing weight
and had one hell of a hangover
chance would be a fine thing. By the way you should try substituting sugar for double cream next time you indulge in strawberries, after all we know sugar is bad for us
4lbs is fab in 2wks. Good on you
